Hosting two bedrooms; a double with en-suite, and a double, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, and decking with furniture. Resting in Percy Wood Country Park with plenty to see nearby, this cottage is a wonderful retreat in a lovely part of England. Two well-behaved pets welcome; please note that dogs are to be kept on a lead at all time as per site rules. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. No stag/ hen parties or similar
