No 16 The Dunes is a stunning, three-bedroom apartment located right on the beach at Perranporth on the north Cornish coast. With glorious views from the three private balconies, this ground-floor apartment boasts spacious and stylish living for up to six guests and has the advantage of on-site private parking and is just footsteps away from the miles of golden sand. Perranporth is home to a huge range of outdoor activities, the fantastic South West Coast Path leads off in both directions and there is a wonderful choice of local restaurants and cafes all within walking distance.

Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property.

Kitchen and utilities: Bosch appliances including induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine.
Facilities for families: Travel cot and highchair provided, but no linen.
Outside: Private balconies with sea views. Shared access to the communal gardens. Surf storage area provided.
Pets: 2 pets allowed - £25 per pet per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
Parking: Allocated Parking (space no. 16) for 1 car provided in communal parking area. There is a permit in the property that will need to be displayed in the car within 15 minutes of arrival after which the parking company can issue a PCN. Please remember to return the permit prior to your departure for the next visitor.
