35 The Salcombe is a well presented third floor flat in the heart of town, on Salcombe’s waterfront, with sandy beaches at East Portlemouth just a short ferry ride away. The apartment has one bathroom, and a double-size sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping two people. There is an open plan lounge/kitchenette with breakfast bar and dining table with chairs. French doors lead out to a balcony with stunning views of the main anchorage, communal garden, private outdoor swimming pool and moorings. With great onsite facilities, and boutique shops, beaches, and eateries nearby, 35 The Salcombe is ideal for a couple to enjoy a Salcombe break.

There is a communal laundry situated in the building for guests use.
Allocated parking space in the secure car park for one car, and exclusive mooring on 'The Salcombe' pontoon, accessed from the gardens.

Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon. No Pets. Strictly No Smoking. All bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own tea towels.

Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
