It is an old house from the beginning of the century restored in 2012 both the facade and the interior.
Its last use was intended to house the Juvenile Court in the capital.
It consists of 4 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a large living room and dining room with the kitchen on the ground floor where there is also a toilet.
On the 1st floor are the rooms and on the 2nd a large terrace where you can eat, dine or have a quiet drink.
In the area there are numerous bars and restaurants as well as nightlife so it can be noisy during the weekend.
