It is an old house from the beginning of the century restored in 2012 both the facade and the interior. Its last use was intended to house the Juvenile Court in the capital. The apt is better than the photos!! However, the Master bedroom and bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Also the closets in one room were so full we couldn’t hang any clothes. In the master, the sheets were clean but stained and there was a suspicious large stain on the comforter. Other than that we were pleased. It is very large and each room has a bathroom. Location is great. Very good deal for the price.
