Apartment by the sea.

Lovely location with great views of the sea, apartment was clean and roomy with everything we needed, plenty of places to eat drink, Luis was very informative, with a good understanding of English, would definitely recommend and we will be back again.

Wonderful apartment overlooking the sea

Everything was wonderful, the host, the location, the facilities, the view and the roof terrace. Short walk to restaurants and shops. 200m from the sea. Very friendly and responsive host who couldn’t do enough for us. The roof terrace was superb - we had dinner up there with a wonderful view.

Another fantastic stay in Carboneras

This was our third stay in Carboneras at the same property, so I guess that tells its own story. Luis is such a great host and his apartments are well maintained and appointed. Great sunrises and you only lose it around 7pm. The beach at the power station end of Carboneras has the clearest water I have ever swum in and so warm, even in Oct. Think we'll be back

Great stay in Carboneras

We spent a fabulous 10 days in Carboneras. Such a pretty town with stunning beaches, plus staying in Luis's apartment makes it so much better. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sunrise out of the bedroom window cannot be beaten. We shall be back.

Carboneras in February

The apartment was beautifully situated, quiet, convenient for beach and town and very comfortable. Parking was no problem. The heating was needed and worked well. The lift and bathroom fan did not work. Luis and Ana were helpful. We needed to use our basic Spanish.

Perfect property & incredible region to explore

Communication with Luis was very good in the run up to the holiday. There was no communication during our stay but that suited us fine. Apart from the huge power station located at the end of town carboneras itself is a non-touristy, interesting place with plenty of places to eat and drink. It will obviously be busy in the summer but I imagine it’s mainly Spanish tourists. The region is incredible to explore and for this you need a car. Watch out for some of the coast roads, not for the faint hearted! And make a trip to the desert; amazing! Overall a fantastic stay.

Apartamento en Carboneras

El apartamento cumple lo que se describe en el anuncio. Esta muy cerca de la playa, corre la brisa del mar y tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia agradable. En nuestro caso al viajar con un bebé de un año el único inconveniente que hemos encontrado es que no hay ascensor, por lo tanto cargar con el carro era imposible y lo tuvimos que guardar en nuestro coche. Además el apartamento tampoco cuenta con cuna de viaje ni trona y son más cosas que tenemos que llevar extra. Salvo este detalle, que como digo se explica en el anuncio, hemos estado muy a gusto. Luis fue muy atento y nos explico todo con detalle a nuestra llegada.

Mooi appartement en omgeving

Vlak bij de Middellandse zee ( 50 m ). Vriendelijke en behulpzame Luis die ons bij alles behulpzaam was. Hele mooie tijd gehad in het prachtige plaatsje Carboneras. Niet te toeristisch in deze tijd van het jaar. Prachtige en rustige boulevard met diverse restaurantjes. Wij hebben er van genoten.

Estaba todo muy limpio. No le faltaba detalle al apartamento. Las vistas increíbles. La cama muy cómoda. Hasta nos dejó Luis unas capsulitas de café para tomar en la cafetera. Hemos estado encantados sin duda volveríamos a repetir.

Luis ist ein sehr lieber, sympathischer Gastgeber, der einen persönlich empfängt und dann stets da ist, wenn man etwas braucht. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Como en casa

Un apartamento al que no le falta detalle, muy limpio y luminoso. Situado muy cerca de la playa y con buenas vistas al mar.
