Situated 50 meters from Paraíso beach, and 500 meters from the picturesque Carvoeiro Beach, I rent T1 equipped for a good holiday in a quiet area. Consisting of 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, terrace with table and chairs, private parking (capacity 2 adults or 2 adults with one child). Cleaning and change of clothes once a week. Prices vary by month! If you are looking for something with these features, do not hesitate, contact for more information.

A lovely stay with a brilliant host

We loved our stay at Maria's sea view apartment. The apartment is well stocked with everything you could need, the bed is comfy and it's spotless and clean. You can sit outside in the sun and look out onto the sea. The beach is just a short walk away. Maria was a brilliant host, she looked after us so well. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Exceptional

Excellent property for two people. Lovely location above cliffs, easy walk into town and down to beach, local shop and nice restaurants. Special mention for Maria who was a truly excellent host. She keeps an immaculate and very well and thoughtfully kitted out property - down to the spare adaptors should you have forgotten to bring your own. She lives adjacent, but was very discreet. Quite exceptional!

Comfortable and relaxing get away spot

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights in July. Property was clean and felt spacious, the property stayed surprisingly cool, but the air con was great to have when needed. The apartment is equipped with everything you need from tupperware, to beach towels, to all kitchen appliances and to good wifi. The property is in a great location to get around the Algarve and has 2 beaches within walking distance (under 15 minutes). The center of Carvoeiro has plenty of restaurants, which is a 10-15 minute walk or if you do not fancy going into the center, there is a complex less than 5 minutes away which has a few restaurants, bars and a Spar. In regards to the hosts, Maria was very responsive and friendly. There was another lady who greeted us and gave us the tour (we thought she was Maria's mother, but not sure), she was very friendly and helpful, she even came to wave us off. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can definitely see ourselves staying again.

Lovely, well equipped apartment, spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. Very quiet but with perfect access to town centre with the added bonus of sea views. Only negative for us was the hard bed.

Wonderful stay with a wonderful host

Maria is a fantastic host - from the start to the finish she made us feel so welcome. Had fresh oranges on arrival from her garden and everything was spotless. The location is perfect, only a short walk to the beach and many good restaurants and shops. Will definitely be booking to stay here again.

Beautiful, quaint, apartment

Property was spotless and Maria made you feel welcome on our arrival. Nothing was to much trouble for her . The apartment was located out of the center so there was no hustle and bustle, but with good restaurants nearby and a good selection in the town center which was about 10 minutes walk away. Very pleased with the accommodation as you were made to feel at home by the owners

The apartment was comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Ideally situated for bars, restaurants and shops. Maria was warm, friendly and very helpful. We would love to stay here again soon.

Everything we hoped for and a little bit more....

As I said - everything we hoped for and a little bit more. The house was just right for 2 people. Lovely outside space for lazy breakfasts and a slow start. 10 mins walk to village and slightly longer home. The hill a lot easier than we expected. The little bit more was Maria Jose who was like room service. Washing up put away, clothes washed and ironed house tidied and even grapes and little cakes appearing like magic!! A very enjoyable 11 days. Thank you Maria Jose.

Perfect property

We stayed here for a week in july and have to say the property us perfect for 2 people. Maria is an amazing host and is always on hand to keep the apartment clean and tidy even doing our laundry when we where out. Location is perfect and I would highly recommend staying here.

What can we sayabout our stay with Maria Jose. She was like a ray of sunshine,a warm friendly smiley happy person who radiated her warmth to others. Maria was a very kind host. Everything was provided that you would need and the house was exceptionally clean. The apartment was in an excellent position to explore the town and go for walks along the paths next to the sea.

We had a lovely holiday in Carvoriero, beautiful resort

Beautiful apartment which had everything you could possibly need. From the fully fitted kitchen to the sun loungers and table and chairs at the front of the apartment . Maria the owner was the perfect host , very warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Even got up early to see us off for our early morning flight. We will definitely return again soon,

Fantastic gem of an apartment

This sea view apartment in Carvoeiro is magnificent and such good value! Maria (the owner) lives in the villa attached to the apartment and she can not do enough for her clients, including washing clothes and baking a cake, which was delicious! Location wise, the apartment can not be beaten with excellent access to Carvoeiro square and the Monte Carvoeiro restaurants, all in easy walking distance (less than 10 mins and we are aged 70!). We were so impressed that we have booked again for next summer. Looking forward to summer 2017
