The property is pet friendly (with easy conditions) and the front yard is fenced. The rear of the house is fully concreted with a 1m retaining wall and has access to an enclosed, covered garage/ activity area.
The front yard is set back from the street, secluded by thick foliage, with a wood fired BBQ and separate Brazier with seating.
Please note that due to the size of the house, linen (bed sheets, pillow covers & 2 towels per room) is NOT provided unless specifically requested when booking (or requested by notice 2 weeks prior to move in time) for rooms required. This is an optional extra cost. Please review the attached agreement for prices. Freshly cleaned mattress protectors, pillow protectors, blankets and kitchen dish wash / hand towels are provided.
