Tolle Villa mit großem Garten und Strandnähe

Wir haben sehr viel Freude und Gemütlichkeit in dem Haus erfahren. Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohl im Haus und Garten gefühlt.Die Matratze vom Bett könnte eine Erneuerung vertragen, weil sie schon durchgelegen ist. Und in der Küche sollten die Töpfe, Pfannen und Auflaufformen erneuert werden.Die Sauberkeit im Haus ist aber sehr gut. Wir fühlten uns direkt sehr wohl.Die Entfernung zum sehr sauberen Strand ist mit knapp 2 km in 25 Minuten Fussweg oder einigen Minuten mit dem Auto sehr nahe.Und das Parken direkt vor dem Haus ist sehr angenehm.Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Vermieter reagiert ebenfalls sehr zügig. Und die Kommunikation war stets freundlich.

Stella Plage

Pres de la mer, de Montreuil, St Valery-sur-Somme et d'autre places intéréssantes. Villa bien equipée, joli jardin pour manger, prendre le soleil et pour le chien. Magasins a proximité. Bien recommendée.

Maison fonctionnelle av jardin clôture. Il faudrait changer la literie et rénover un peu au niveau de la vaisselle et les cocottes.3 grands verres à pied! Pas de table à repasser. Julie qui accueille est au top! Super gentille.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans votre jolie maison . Un plein pied , un jardin très agréable. Le calme , la proximité des commerces, de la plage sont un plus pour nous qui voulions découvrir cette belle région. Nous sommes conquis et nous reviendrons . Wir kommen wieder!

Das Haus war für uns zwei und einen großen Hund ideal. Den wunderschönen Garten mit guten, bequemen Gartenmöbeln, haben wir jeden Tag nutzen können. Das Haus war super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ließ für uns nichts zu wünschen übrig! Zu Fuß waren wir in einer knappen halben Stunde am Strand. Stella-Plage ist um diese Jahreszeit ein sehr ruhiger Ort. Alle Besorgungen für das tägliche Leben kann man wunderbar zu Fuß machen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Agréable cottage

On se sent tout de suite bien dans ce cottage bien conçu mis à part pour la cuisine sombre et froide ou il n'y a pas de fenêtre. Le jardin intimiste clos est mignon et apprécié par petits et grands et nos amis à 4 pattes Envisager le remplacement du matelas 140 qui se creuse au milieu et le divan du salon ou l'on s'enfonce trop, autrement belles prestations Boite à clefs très pratique pour la souplesse qu'elle procure pour l'arrivée comme pour le départ

Schönes kleines Haus

Der Aufenthalt an der Opalküste war sehr schön. Wir hatten gutes Wetter und man kann vom Haus schnell zum Strand, aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für Touren ist es sehr gut geeignet.

Il fait bon y séjourner

Location qui correspond parfaitement à mes critères : cour fermée, jardin ( avec terrasse , table et chaises) . .Le plain pied est propre , confortable , situé près des commerces et accès routiers , à environ 20/30 minutes de la plage à pied . Très bon contact téléphonique avec Mme Julie D

Beau point de chute pour visiter

Petit bémol quant à l'accueil inexistant, on a dû se débrouiller. Belle propriété avec grand jardin. Tout y est sous la main et très fonctionnel. La maison est éloignée de la mer mais parking gratuit (hors été) face à la mer. Pour les magasins, besoin de voiture ou vélo.

Schöner Strandurlaub in Stella Plage

Schönes modernes Haus mit allem ausgestattet, sogar einer Hollywoodschaukel. Der Garten hat uns und unserem Hund sehr gefallen. Der Parkplatz im Innenhof war sehr praktisch. Die Lage war ruhig und fußläufig zu den Geschäften und zum Strand.

Weekje in Stella Plage

Ondanks het mindere weer hebben we genoten van ons weekje in de Kleine Villa. Het huisje is voorzien van alle comfort en alles was proper en in orde. Rustig gelegen en op wandelafstand van het strand en de winkels. Wij waren er met onze twee honden. Stella Plage is een rustig dorp, niet veel te zien maar ideaal om met 2 honden te gaan wandelen en tot rust te komen. En met de auto verschillende leuke dorpen binnen een half uurtje rijden.

Wunderschön - ideale Ausgangslage für Land und Meer

Das super ausgestattete Haus mit großem eingezäunten Garten (ideal für Hund) liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und doch ganz nah zum geschäftigen Treiben am Strand von Stella Plage. Auch für Ausflüge in die nahe und weitere Umgebung super Lage! Check-in/-out völlig unproblematisch, netter Kontakt, schnell erreichbar bei Fragen oder Problemen. Alles in allem - top!

Maison confortable et bien équipée. Nuits calmes. Un peu loin de la plage, sauf en vélo. Stella Plage est une rare localité balneaire å ne pas faire payer le stationnement. Magasins å une courte distance en voiture. Je recommanderai au proprietaire de faire tailler les haies du jardin plus regulierement : ce serait un plus.

Bol d'oxygène

Location idéalement située proche de tout à pied. Petits commerces (poissonerie, boucherie, boulangerie, épicerie, boutiques). Accessibilité de la plage à pied également, nous n'avons pas du prendre la voiture sauf pour aller visiter les alentours plus lointains. Propreté irréprochable, confortable et avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour.

Excellent séjour dans un cottage,un peu petit,mais très confortable,avec toutes les commodités.Petit bémol:l'apparition inopinée du jardinier dans l'espace jardin sans s'être annoncé!!Intimité très relative à ce moment précis.

Es hat uns gut in diesem außergewöhnlichen Häuschen gefallen

Es hat uns gut in diesem außergewöhnlichen Häuschen gefallen und wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Der Garten war vollständig eingezäunt, sodaß unser Hund dort problemlos hinein konnte. Das Haus war, trotz der Lage an einer stärker frequentierten Straße, schön ruhig. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Toilette, da sie keine Heizung, dafür aber eine starke Ventilation hatte (wir waren über den Jahreswechsel da).
