Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Maison. The house is in a great location for walking into town and we only used the car to drive over to the Ile de Ré. Lots of green areas in close proximity to walk the dog as well as the sunny and secure garden at the back of the house which was also dog friendly.

Nice house in a good location

The property is located in a quiet residential street near to some local shops and about a mile on foot to the Vieux Port - a lovely tree lined stroll. The house is small but perfect for two people. We only used the ground floor - bedroom, shower, wc, kitchen and a nice sunny sitting room leading out into a small garden. NB Access to the basement accommodation is via very steep stairs. Only practical for the young and nimble! The house is a good base from which to explore the wonderful port town of La Rochelle.

Very nice little house in a great location

We spent a very nice week in August at ‚La petite maison‘. Our hosts were very friendly and replied quickly to any requests. We even got a pick up at the train station as we arrived by train which our tired kids and us appreciated very much. The house had just the right size for us with the two older kids staying in the basement room and the youngest sharing a bed with us. The basement room was a bit moist, but with airing out every morning and evening it worked out fine. We very much enjoyed sitting on the terrace for breakfast and dinner and that the house was so close to shops, town and the small town beach. Larger beaches are also easy to reach. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and would like to thank our two hosts for their hospitality.

The Little House

This property was good for my wife and I. Everything we needed was available. The location is good with a lovely stroll along the water into the town centre. Parking outside on the road was not ideal and it was our 3rd day before we could park directly outside of the house. Only downside was the based bedroom, this is not suitable for use. It is noisy due to hum of fans and dehumidifer that was needed to keep the damp smell down. Great house if you are looking for one bedroom.

Une maison , tout confort, très bien située. Pourvue de tout, charmante.

La maison est vraiment très sympa, comme les hôtes qui sont très attentifs.La maison a beaucoup de charme, elle bénéficie d'une terrasse, d'un petit jardin charmant et d'un calme absolu.Nous avons passé une semaine délicieuse.

Séjour du 28/09 au 04/10/2024

Point positif, la situation du logement. Rue calme, proche centre vielle ville, proche mer et plage, parfait ! Deuxième point positif est l’espace intérieur de l’habitation. Grande pièce de vie, accès direct au petit jardin avec une petite terrasse. Bien également pour la pompe à chaleur réversible. Mais il y a malheureusement du négatif. Lunette des toilettes mal fixée, fil électrique de la cafetière raffistolée avec un domino et du chatterton, odeur de renfermé persistante. En vidant la valise à notre retour, des vêtements portaient encore cette odeur. Pour cela, j’anticipe la réponse du propriétaire, nous avons : maison régulièrement aérée, bac du déshumidificateur vidé. Aussi, éclairage extérieur qui ne fonctionne pas, dommage.

Maison vieillotte bien placée

Arrivée, odeur de renfermé qui vient de la chambre établie dans une ancienne cave . Ds la chambre, celle donnant sur rue matelas taché et oreillers hors d’usage Dans la cuisine casseroles ne transmettent pas la chaleur, une demi heure pour avoir de l’eau bouillante ; de plus poignées de casseroles branlantes, la bouilloire n’a pas d’arrêt, peut se déborder si on ne fait pas attention De plus il faut la débrancher pour se servir !! Le buffet à vaisselle est de 1900 , mal repeint Bref on est parti avant la fin !!

Très bon point de chute pour visiter La Rochelle !

Accueil sympathique avec Michel le propriétaire. Nous étions 3 et rien ne nous a manqué pendant notre séjour. Le petit jardin clos était très pratique pour notre petit chien. Nous recommandons l'adresse.

Très jolie petite maison

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine dans cette jolie petite maison. Elle est très agréable, très mignonne et le jardin un vrai plus. Très bien située également, possibilité de tout faire à pieds si vous restez sur la Rochelle, la plage à 3 minutes à pieds et la ville 10/15 minutes. Nous n'avons pas eu de difficultés pour nous garer dans la rue. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous y avons sejourné en couple avec un petit chien, donc nous étions très confort niveau M2.

Très agréable pour deux

Maison agréable, très bien placée pour visiter la Rochelle à pied, bien équipée, pratique avec un petit chien. Nous avons apprécié le climatiseur. Mais il vaut mieux ne pas avoir besoin de la chambre en sous sol, humide et sombre, et celle du rdc, donnant sur une rue passante, est un peu bruyante et chaude.

logement sale et non conforme à l'annonce

une chambre dans une cave humide et bruyante ! un convertible non exploitable car sous des velux sans store, pas de bac pour les déchets ménagers. Des toiles d'araignées partout, aucun nettoyage , même le lave vaisselle lave gras .des propriétaires qui ne répondent pas aux sollicitations . Le grand confort promis n'est pas au rendez vous . Inacceptable, seul le prix est grand confort.
