SUPERB LAKESIDE VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL AND HOT TUB - NAPLES

The villa is in the peaceful, gated Briarwood community and has an easterly lake aspect allowing the pool area to catch the sun all morning and most of the afternoon. The master bed has king-size bed, patio windows open onto the pool area, a walk-in closet, TV and en-suite bathroom. Queen-size bedroom with a shared en-suite bathroom and TV, and a twin-bed room that also opens onto the pool. It is air-conditioned throughout, has free high-speed WI-FI internet access, free local calls and a large flat-screen TV in the living room. The open-plan living space has vaulted ceilings and a dining area, plus a breakfast bar. The villa has a private heated ($30 daily fee) pool with a hot tub, PLEASE NOTE: the pool is NOT toddler/child proof; ie. the patio sliders do not have audible alarms and the pool does NOT have a child-proof fence and gate surrounding it. The Briarwood communal pools, tennis courts, sports and children's play areas are free to use and only 1 minute's walk away . Spectacular beaches, stylish downtown Naples, and public golf courses to suit all abilities offering club hire are only a short drive away. The villa has recently been redecorated and refurnished, and is non-smoking throughout. CONTACT owner for more pictures and info. We can accept payment via PayPal.
The villa has an easterly-facing pool and lanai/veranda area which means it catches the full sun in the morning and as the sun moves round to the south during the day most of the pool area catches the sun well into the afternoon. The veranda's dining area at the western end of the veranda (by the patio doors) is covered and is pleasantly shaded from around midday onwards. The veranda also has sun loungers.


Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, cable TV, high-speed wi-fi internet, ceiling fan, air-con, direct access to the pool area and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size double bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, air-con, and a shared en-suite bathroom with . Bedroom 3 has two single beds, ceiling fan, air-con and direct access to the pool area.

Overall good

We have stayed in a number of Briarwood properties. This one was pretty good, although the oven was dirty and some of the kitchen utensils were rusty. It would be helpful if the porch light worked as it is difficult to see the entry code at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

A very acceptable home

First of all Briarwood is a fabulous gated community in a perfect location. We have been staying in various homes there for many years and quite frankly, dont see the point in looking elsewhere in Naples. This home is fairly typical of most of the homes we have stayed it. Comfortable, clean, nicely appointed. We had an acceptable 10 days there. Does it need freshening up and modernising, I would say so. Just a bit tired. However, it didnt spoil our enjoyment. A few minor things needed sorting which were done immediately. Brilliant comms from owner. Pool area just ok, only two sunbeds. Spa is just warm water, jets do not create bubbles. Overall, my view is that if you are looking for a basic home that serves the purpose, fine. If you want a little more luxury and a more contemporary home, this is perhaps not for you.

Lovely location - beautiful views over lake and our grandchildren adored the amazing ducks and other bird life. Very peaceful - just what we needed after two weeks in Orlando

Perfect!

Having rented many homes in Florida (most of these perfectly acceptable) this property stands head and shoulders above the rest. Quiet location, but close to Downtown and beaches. Great pool and spa, overlooking a lake. And the house is very highly equipped and immacultately presented. We'll be back!

Couldn't be better!

This house exceeded all expectations! This is a beautiful house, very well equipped and presented. It is located in a very quiet spot overlooking a lake, but is only a few minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches and downtown Naples. The owners gave us lots of useful information and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house, and hope to return soon.

PERFECT PROPERTY

This is beautiful property, well equipped and prepared to a very high standard, set in a perfect location overlooking a lake. It is also only a short drive from the beach and shopping areas. The owners were very helpful with advance information and other tips about the area.

Perfect house in perfect location

This house is located in the very quiet and secure Briarwood community, but is only a short drive from "Downtown" Naples and the beautiful beaches. The house is furnished and equipped to a much higher standard than we have previously experienced, and was cleaned and prepared to a very standard for our arrival. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property for a perfect holiday in Flordia.

Little slice of heaven

The villa and location were beautiful. The community had a far more lived in feel than those in the Orlando area, with a few more permanent residents. The house itself was stunning. The bedrooms were light and comfortable. The master, dressing room and bathroom were luxurious and the view from the lounge onto the pool and the lake was fantastic. We spent a lot of time relaxing in or around the pool and watching the wildlife, including resident Otters in the lake behind. Old Naples and the roads between there and the beach / pier are lovely too. The house could have been a little cleaner when we arrived and the small hedge behind the pool takes away from the view a little but this house is a little slice of heaven and I would have been happy staying there much, much longer (forever).....

Stayed in many- this is one of the best

Beuatiful villa set in very nice and safe gated community. Villa is very spacious and well appointed (kitchen has everyting you could possibly want). Some locations can appear a little "tired" , but not this one! Everything is very much up together and very well presented. Only used master bedroom , but it was extremely comfortable and guaranteed a good nights sleep. Location is excellent , being just far enough away from centre to give a tranquil and quiet stay, but still close enough to restaraunts and shops and beaches to be within easy reach. Owners very responsive and helful, with most useful instructions and guide to villa given when booking is made. Pool temp during our stay reached 30 deg according to thermomenter in the pool , so kids may be difficult to get out 😀 Thourougly reccomend this villa for couples or families , and should we return to Naples , would not even look for anywhere else.

Upmarket comfortable house

The house is very comfortable. Very well furnished. Very spacious. The house is located on an upmarket private gated estate so is very safe although the whole of Naples seems to be very safe. The house is very well equipped and very comfortable. The house is within minutes of everything you require but you do need a car. The owners were fantastic from our first enquiry. Would not hesitate in recommending this house.

Great place to stay, every convenience to hand!

This property is in a great location, security controlled which is a real comfort. The property is beautiful and so tastefully furnished, the bed was REALLY comfortable. September is HOT (91 degrees) so made full use of the pool!

Lovely house in good location

This house was simply lovely and we felt really at home here. It was clean, well decorated and equipped. It had a great relaxed feel to it. We had good communication with the owners. We would definitely recommend this property and when we return to Naples (we certainly hope to) we would look to book here again. Naples itself is a great place too.

A lovely villa.

We flew from the UK and stayed at this lovely villa for just over one week. The villa is beautifully furnished and maintained. The pool is clean and we spent more time in it than out of it! The villa is conveniently placed for all the beaches, downtown Naples and within easy reach of the Everglades. The owners were helpful when booking the villa and providing advice for our stay, answering any queries we had very promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend it.

wonderful time

A very well appointed and well equiped house set in a secure residential area of Naples. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the house had everything a guest could wish for, with a relaxing pool, hot tub and sun terrace. location to malls and quality restaurants was very easy from its location, inc old naples with its charm. We had a wonderful holiday and already thinking about returning for a longer stay.

Two fantastic weeks in a beautiful home

Naples is a fantastic location with so many great places to visit and lots of retail therapy!. To add the comfort of a home from home was the bonus here. The house is well appointed and once the cases were unpacked there was nothing else to do but soak up the tranquil setting. We had our teenage son and daughter with us and as these days they are gllued to their many electronic gadgets the wifi available in the house created another level of peace for us tired adults! We had fabulous days out and great meals in the evening together with blissful days around the pool. Cooking at home was a joy as everything you could ever need and more was available. We cannot recommend this place strongly enough as there is lots of space, its spotless and convenient to all the wonderful places Naples and the stunning coastline has to offer.

Strongly recommend this villa

We rented 532 Briarwood earlier this year and would comment that we have stayed in similar properties in Naples before and this is by far the most comfortable and best equipped house we have stayed in. As keen tennis players it was handy having the tennis courts and childrens' play area within walking distance. You do have to drive to Old Naples and the beaches, but they are only five minutes away, unlike one villa we stayed at in "Naples" which took about half an hour each way to the beach! We liked the easterly orientation of the pool to catch the morning sun through to the afternoon, and then shaded in late afternoon/evening just when you've had enough sun. The jacuzzi spa was a great place to unwind at the end of tiring day on the beach. During our stay we had a problem with the hot water supply and following a call to the owner's local agents they arranged for a plumber to fit a new hot water tank the same day. These things happen, but it's reassuring to know that help is at hand. We would certainly re-book this property when we return to Naples. Katie Holder, Bristol

Lovely stay in a beautiful Villa!

This is a beautiful home that provided us with a perfect base for a wonderful holiday in Naples, our favourite resort in Florida. It is in excellent condition and very well equipped - even down to the beach equipment and cold box - and was spotlessly clean on arrival. These villas can all look very similar in the brochures, but this home is in a nice quiet location and overlooks a lake at the back. We would certainly recommend it to anyone considering a holiday in Florida. Chris London

We came to Naples to play in the US Open pickleball tournament. This house fit the bill for my husband and I, along with 3 friends. The house was great and so is the neighborhood.

Excellent choice in Naples!

We had an awesome stay at Stan's house. Easy check-in at gate, beautiful, quiet gated community. Home was very clean, great layout, master bed on one side of home and other beds on opposite side. Home description very accurate. Everything well marked, nice that snacks and bottled water on counter, plenty of towels, beds comfy. Nice extra touches like a drying rack, plenty of hangers, kleenex, plenty of toilet paper. Stan is also super responsive to texts and emails. I would 100% recommend this home and would stay here in again.

Beautiful place

We was really impressed with this house plenty of room. Plenty of things to do including books, board games, basketball pickle ball. The icemaker in the fridge did not work so we did not have fresh water or ice, but they was so nice to leave some bottled water for us. There was even snacks which was nice because we checked in very late and was hungry. We were a little disappointed. We cannot use the hot tub or the pool. The weather was about 70°, but the pool just would not heat up in time before the pump cut off again. You are only allowed to have the pool at 86°. Which is not hot enough for a hot tub. So that’s good to use when the weather is a little bit warmer than what we encountered. Overall I highly recommend this place very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, if we ever visit Naples in the future

Fantastic location, minutes drive to the Naples beaches, downtown area, restaurants etc. Private pool, great indoor and outdoor space for delightful stay. Gated community with security guard, very safe and convenient. Recently updated common areas located a minute walk from our house that include tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball court, beach volleyball, brand new playground and two large pools one for lap swimming and one for entertainment!
