The owner was pleasant but the property lacked some essentials (1 hand towel for 7 days?) The furnace needed repairs and so it was very cold for the first night. The owner gave us space heaters which weren’t that clean but they gave warmth. The location was excellent. Parking was over an above but the cleanliness was subpar. There wasn’t a welcome letter to let us know where everything was and so we had to message the owner for that. It was more the little details that began to add up through the week that showed things were lacking. Overall it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. With a few nice touches and a bit more effort, it could be great!!
The property was as advertised and the location worked really well for us, as it was close to public transit, and an easy drive to where we needed to get to in the city.
Communication from the host was good and we felt like the price was fair.
Only issue was the upstairs tenants/guests were quite loud the first night, and there didn’t seem to be much sound-proofing (we could understand a big chunk of their conversations)…but they were quieter the second night, so we got a better sleep.
Location is really nice. We had our dog with us and it was nice walking around this neighbourhood. Appartment is spacious and clean. Kitchen is older, but has everything we need. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great option for events at the Expo centre (5 min drive or about 25 min walk). Would definitely book again.

This place was clean, cozy, and quiet. The area has a café, burger place, liquor store, and iced cream shop just meters away. The layout was quite pleasant, the beds were firm but comfortable, and there is a full kitchen available if you want to cook. The living room is equipped with comfortable furniture to sit on while you watch netflix on the large snart TV. The street is beautiful, and it is near a major highway. There is gated parking behind from which you can access the front of the building where your front door will be. Just be sure to watch your step at night, as the alley is not well lit. Sterling is quite nice, and pleasant to communicate with. Will definitely plan to stay here again if im in the area.
Clean, bright, well equipped, spacious apartment close to river valley in a beautiful area of Edmonton. Sterling was welcoming and helpful. Unexpected perk was being steps away from a cafe, liquor store, tapas bar and icecream store.
I was especially pleased with the owner and his availability. He was kind, helpful and willing to provide us extra chairs for our visitors. I will definitely return!
