This large one bedroom self-catering flat is available for holiday lets of a week or more throughout the year. With a double bed in the bedroom and a single in the living room. Suitable for 2 people. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, bathroom with tub/ power shower & free broadband Internet access. Flat occupants have use of the garden leading down to the river and transport into central London is easy via District line tube, train to Waterloo or River Bus. Putney High St is a 5 minute walk and has many excellent shops and restaurants.
The flat is fully equipped, cleaned weekly, and the owners live in the same building should guests have questions or need help.

An absolute pleasure

This is without doubt one if the nicest flats we have stayed in. Location in Putney is perfect ( for us especially as we were doing some renovation up the road on our house ) There is a terrific view of the Thames from the lounge/ dining room. And close walk to rail and tube. Warren was the perfect host, even calling us about a cable we had mistakenly left there after we left. If this is the location you want don’t think twice. You’ll have a great time!

Great apartment, excellent location

This was our second stay here and once again we enjoyed it a lot. The location is excellent with High Street, buses and the tube just a couple of blocks away. The apartment is beautiful with great views over Thames and everything you need. Will definitely visit again.

Fabulous spacious apartment, great views, very clean, terrific amenities

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Putney, apartment was well presented, very clean & spacious with all the required amenities one would require. Booking in was a very smooth process with Nic there to help if there were any problems. Perhaps main bed springs could be updated? Look forward to returning in the New Year.

Restful Retreat!

We were looking forward to our return to this spacious flat as a restful break in a very busy UK trip. We were not disappointed. As before, the view of the Thames offered entertaining mealtime viewing and the flat provided plenty of space for a very comfortable stay! We have been pleased with the attention Warren has provided in the booking and follow-up process and with the help of Nick and Wendy at the flat. We will be back!

What a wonderful place

An excellent place. It was sunny, it rained, ( heavily for an Australian) and it snowed, 3 seasons in one day. We were cool, warm, dry and the apartment had everything we needed and more, as did the surrounding suburb. We could not ask for more in every way. Michael

Wonderful Thames View!

We two enjoyed our 10 days in this flat which was right across the river from our daughter's flat in Fulham. The transportation hub at Fulham is accessible by a foot bridge within a 5 minutes walk.. The flat was more spacious than we expected and the view from the dining table was wonderful! (We both were cautious of the three steps down from the kitchen to the living room because one of us had a sprained ankle and the other a tricky leg.) We loved watching the birds in the garden and the variety of boats on the river. Be aware that a view of the river does not mean peace and quiet because it seems the Thames is on the flight path to Heathrow and the traffic is constant...but that isn't the owner's fault. The booking process with Warren went smoothly and the hosts (Nick and Wendy) were friendly and answered any questions we had. We could pick out a few faults (squeaky bathroom floor, noisy plumbing) but overall the flat was great and we would stay there again! Mike and Nancy

Great aparment and great location

We first stayed in the apartment over 5 years ago and were lucky enough to have it available again this holiday. We loved it and it feels like home away from home. The apartment is great with lots of space and all the facilities you need. Hard to beat the lovely view over the Thames while you are sitting at the dining table. The location is excellent with an easy walk to shops and also to the train services which gets you to central London easily. Booking was easy as Warren is very helpful and we very much appreciated help from Wendy and Nick when we had problems with the postal service. It seems nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend it and hope to go back again down the track!

Review of apartment in Putney

My husband and I spent a week in this large, clean and very comfortable apartment. Everything was great and the rooms very spacious with lots of storage. Felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the view of the Thames out of the lounge window. Loved the location as it was just a short walk along the road, a bridge across the Thames and there was the tube station. Also shops and restaurants just three minute walk away. Also loved being able to have lots of walks along the banks of the river. Would love to return some time soon.

Comfortable and convenient

The apartment is very comfortable with a lovely and always changing view of the Thames from the lounge room window. Close to transport links to central London - Putney bridge tube station or Uber boat pier are close by. Shops, restaurants and lots of good pubs are an easy walk away. Lovely, quiet location to come back to after a busy day exploring central London. Would happily stay here again when next in London.

On the river.

Safe and convenient accommodation in a quiet part of the city. Close to restaurants and stores. Spacious apartment with a big sitting room. Large bedroom with a wonderfully comfortable bed. We would definitely stay there again.

glimpse of tide changes

we hope to rebook in the next few years. really found the location on the water to be excellent for all our needs, close enough to the tube from airport but don’t bring giant rolling bags if you can’t hike up and down stairs with it. glad we easily could. and the house very comforting after the hustle and bustle of the tourist locations. pack your own soaps. kitchen had all a cook needs. calm mornings surrounded with cool art for tea /coffee with the sound of the tube while rowing coaches bark instructions to the team. we loved being close to the uber boat to travel to the towers, craven cottage fulham FC nearby, some nice pubs / cafes/ restaurants

On the river Thames and very spacious, Swan Studios is conveniently located with a great view of the river. You don’t have to wander far at all to get on the tube! Very spacious and clean. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay out of the cbd.

Wonderful stay in Puntney!

Great location, great communication with the owner. Easy access to the tub and other transportation to get around London. Being on the Thames was just icing on the cake. Could not have asked for more.

Comfortable stay in Putney

We enjoyed our time staying in this property. It had a large bedroom, lounge/dining roomand a very functional kitchen and bathroom. It is located very close to a wide range of shops and cafes and retail stores in Putney. It has also very close to two tube stations and a national rail station. The property overlooks the Thames river and is a very lovely and well cared for property. We found the beds very comfortable. Our host Wendy was always courteous and helpful and made sure that we had a very pleasant stay.
