⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really loved it here. Perfect for a three night stay. We'd driven in from Vegas and were able to find overnight parking (paid) up the block. It was easy to get to the subway and therefore Universal. The bed were so comfy and the shower was amazingg! Also had a HDMI cable in the TV stand which was handy. Coffee machine, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge in the kitchen was great.

Overall, a great stay. Quite noisy at times and the area can be a bit sketchy. But the hotel is very good, clean and modern. A big thanks to Sophie for helping with a room swap.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Very well appointed with everything you need and you can go to top up anything extra you may need. Staff were excellent, super friendly. The area was not great though - we felt quite unsafe and were thankful for the security at the front door of the hotel. Overall great base, very comfortable.

I really like the room and its size with all the facilities in it. However for the 3 nights i was there, we didnt have wifi for 2 full days. I wish hotel had a back up for next time as it made it difficult to catch up with work and connect back home. We were travelling from India and got very inconvenient to not have internet connection. Oven was faulty, didnot work. Maintainance guys checked on it but it wasnt resolved during our stay. House keeping was irregular, we had it one day and no housekeeping the 2nd day.. even after i had asked at the reception the 2nd day that we need extra towels, we were 4 of us but had only 2 towels in the room.. when we came back at around 9:30pm, no house keeping was done that day and no towels were kept. Also, i would suggest that there is some videos or instruction manual for the guests to know how the appliances work. Not everyone has the same brands back home and it becomes very difficult to figure out then and there.

Spacious appartment hotel

It was a great place to stay, although the neighbourhood could have been better. The lack of hotel parking is quite a painful point, as street parking is extra expensive. The place was spacious, clean, and secure.

It’s located in a generally safe street with an Apple Store next to it. It speaks a lot of volume when there’s an Apple Store next to it. There’s a security in front of the lobby every night. Clean and big rooms. Very comfortable.
