The location is amazing if you want to stay somewhere that feels like a city. The staff is lovely and welcoming. Rooms are simple and functional, and I really appreciated the shared kitchen with coffee. I'm thinking of moving back to San Diego, and would readily stay here more long-term if I didn't have a pet.

The Best Stay & Hospitality

Highly recommend. The hotel staff is welcoming, courteous, and meets professional standards of hospitality. I plan to stay there again when visiting Hillcrest San Diego :)

Quick overnight stay

Small room, bed average. Wouldn’t recommend if multiple people are in same room more than a night or two but fine for one person. Location is perfect however.

The only thing about this place is the lobby was so very cold. The poor fellow managing the front desk also has to have a heater by him. He was so kind as to bring us a heater so we could at least wait for check in and stop our teeth from chattering.

Room didn’t even have a chair to sit in, instead you had to sit on the bed to watch tv or anything. The bathroom was TINY. If you’re a larger person, good luck! No heat. The bad was soft and the pillows were too much. Worst of all, NO COFFEE MAKER! Not even in the kitchen on the floor where we stayed. For me, that’s the deal breaker! We need coffee in the morning!

Clean and comfortable bed. Good location and assigned parking. Not the quietest place, as the hallways echo all footsteps and conversations. A rug in the hallway would do wonders.

The staff was friendly at check in. I did have a hard time getting a parking spot to check in. They said I got the code through an email but I didn't see it. The bed was not very comfortable but it was really clean.
