Great stay

The property is really nice and the apartments very spacious and well equipped. If i was to be picky the only points that let it down slightly was the sound proofing is non existent. You can here your neighbours talking and they weren't shouting. Also when they cooked the smell of food come straight through into our room. Also the rooms whilst clean in areas you need to be has a lot of dust particularly around the tv in the bedroom and when i raised the blind to take a photo out of the window the blinds were very dusty and the bottom of the windows black with mould. That said these small points would not deter me from staying here again. Very nice property comfortable stay

Great Location next to South Point Hotel and Casino and away from the strip. The Apartment was has everything you need, very well appointed. The swimming pools are fabulous and just what is need in 100F degree heat!

Good place plenty room and ample parking. It’s a way from the Strip. Didn’t realise there was no housekeeping over the the three night stay. Discovered some of the room ids not all are ‘Time Share’ rooms. WiFi wasn’t the best

We have been there before, however this time, there was only a bath in the room where the hot tub used to be. Expedia still mentioned hot tub in the room in their description, so we were very disappoointed and no one wasable to explain why this was changed and not highlighted.

Room was great and location is good if you don't mind having to drive to the strip. One downside - somebody in the room above us decided to run a bath at 4am...very noisy!

unexpected for the price

Grand View at Las Vegas was a fantastic place to stay, the apartment we were allocated was not what we were expecting for the price we paid. It had a big double bedroom, lounge, kitchen and dinning area, huge bathroom with his and hers sinks, shower and a lovely bath. clean towels and bedding, with cleaning done daily. The hotel is a little far out from the main dtrip itself, about 20min drive, but the hotle have a shuttle service that runs for drop offs and pick ups at certainm time of the day for a $7 fee. The sister hotle, South Point, is right next door and has everything you would need fot the Las Vegas experience so you would really need to do the drive to the strip if you didnt want to, but i would suggest that you visit the 'full' Las Vegas experience. We had 4 nights there and fitted quite a lot in over the 4 days but the Grand View left us with no complaints.

Nice hotel - lovely staff- rooms spacious

A second trip for us! Although it's of the strip there is regular cheap shuttle bus service that drops you of /picks you up in 3 different places along the strip. Very good value for money.

The Grandview is a below average resort, the parking is atrocious, be prepared to park at south point. Not to mention but the staff is also a bit rude, I would never stay here again.
