Fabulous stay (apart from check in)

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The suite was perfect for my needs including a kitchen area, a living room, a nice balcony and even a washing machine and dryer. Even though the hotel is huge I didn’t feel it was during my stay. Based on the spacious pool areas it never felt crowded. The only downside to my stay was the barriers I felt were put in my way upon check in. I’d just arrived from the YK after a long flight and I was tired and just wanted to check in and go to my room to relax but this wasn’t easy. After check in I was asked to go straight to another desk for a “parking voucher” to display in my car. I soon realised that this was just a ploy to get guests to attend a welcome breakfast where you’d receive $100 if you attended and paid a $20 deposit. This was clearly a meeting to discuss time share type activities. I felt I had to be quite rude to get out of attending the meeting - it’s not what I wanted after a long flight. Overall I really enjoyed my stay but the challenges I faced during check in did spoil it a bit for me.

Nice place,room could have been better though!

Nice place, relaxing but a bit diappointed with our room as I did ask months ago for a pool view to keep an eye on my daughter whilst swimming and this was not given. Pool areas are in shade by mid afternoon also so this didn’t help when you want some Floridian sunshine!

Ok resort

Stayed in block 6 and it wasn't good. Laying on the Sofabed, you could feel the metal bars under your back. Not good sleep. Loud music by pool until 11pm. Dirty towels and Really dirty room. Really pushy for you to get a 'Complimentary breakfast' where a team of people try to convince you to buy timeshare and when you say No, they're really rude to you. Ruined my holiday.

Fantastic Time

This is about the 5th time we have stayed at this hotel. We have enjoyed every time. This time we were in building 2 which is one of the oldest buildings but still the rooms are very good. I would personally ask for the newer buildings but when we went the resort was full due to American Easter Holidays There are activities for the kids and plenty of other children by the pool.

Well stayed there once before and rooms were beautiful this time was put in building 3 and no not nice old . Room was dated furniture old had a hot plate just wasnt nice at all pool was clean area was clean too bad rooms arent being updated .
