Great location in a nice neighbourhood and friendly English-speaking staff, but ghoulish breakfast (basically none) and minimal amenities in a relatively undercleaned room

Clean enough. Pretty basic however you don't need much more if you're out and about most of the time and it was much cheaper than other places in the area. Beds were fine, however the sofa bed was very squeaky and not the most comfortable. Staff were really nice and very accommodating. We had an issue with our room that they couldn't fix quickly so they moved us to another room which was good. Great area, only 5 minute walk from the river front with lots of shopping and restaurants. 5 minute walk from Rue Notre Dame with lots of shopping, cafes, restaurants, etc. 5 minute walk from a couple of tram stops. I would recommend getting a tram pass. We got a 3 day tram pass for 12 Euros and definitely got our moneys worth. All in all we had a lovely 3 night stay. Lots of things to do and see in Bordeaux. We will return!

Clean but very basic

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights while in Bordeaux, The room had a bed, well equipped kitchenette, and desk and two chairs, as well as a bathroom with bath and shower. It was clean however slightly run down. Perhaps was a student hostel at some point? An armchair would have been nice. The view was fine out into an internal courtyard with nice trees. The heater was good too. Overall it was a cheaper place to stay than many in Bordeaux but pretty basic. There was free street parking in the area or you could pay to park in the building.

Good location, very functional

Very functional set up both inside and outside the room. Positives - Member of staff who checked us in was really friendly and helpful, the bed was really comfortable and there was a lot of space upstairs in the bedroom ( we were in a family apartment with a sofa bed). Location is also good, about a 13 Minute walk to the centre. Negatives - the rooms have certainly been well used since decorated, access to the room is via outdoor corridor and parking in the car park is an additional 12 Euro

Close to the banks of the Dordogne with its promenade (Markets, skate board park, jogging, river cruises etc. etc.), and handy for a tour of the old town. Take a bendy tram or bus to the City centre for magnificent old buildings. The suites in the property are equipped with microwave, cutlery, crockery - everything for a short stay, including masses of free parking space - well worth leaving the car and using public transport.

Whilst a little out of the town centre it was only a few minutes walk to the tram and buses and close to,some bars and cafes and a few minutes walk from the river. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the room was quite spacious with a useful kitchenette area. The room was clean and the shower was quite powerful. Considering the pirice I paid it was very good value for money and I would certainly stay there again.

Comfortable, basic Accomodation

Nice, clean, basic Accomodation very close to the city centre. You drop off at Chartrons station on tram B. There are many nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. There is a school close to the apartment but I didn’t hear any noise as long as windows are shut. I had aircon throughout, which was good
