Perfect Las Vegas accommodation

Perfect place to relax just moments away from the bright lights and bustle of Vegas. Free shuttle, dedicated parking, great outside areas with bbqs. All very clean and well maintained.

A great find.

Needed somewhere in Summerlin (a suburb in the west of Vegas) when visiting a relative, so we didn't need to be anywhere near the strip. This was a great find; clean, quiet, comfortable, good value and convenient for shops and restaurants. The pool was quiet and pleasant, reception staff were helpful. The room was a one bedroom apartment with lounge/dining area, kitchen, washer/dryer, so very spacious for two. More of an apartment complex than a hotel, but that suited us fine.

A great alternative to the glitz of the Strip

Great facilities in a new expanding area of Las Vegas away from the Strip but with easy access and there is a resort shuttle as an alternative that is part of the $25 resort fee for the stay that also includes wi-fi etc.. Very clean and every thing you need in the apartments and staff were very helpful. Would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay, well away from the Strip

We were looking for home-like, family accommodation away from the Las Vegas Strip and this place is absolutely perfect. The rooms are spacious and the location is perfect, although around a 15 minute drive to the strip. If you want family accommodation with a lot of space and in the "real" part of Vegas, stay here!

Over and above the comfort etc of the accommodation, the staff were absolutely brilliant! During my stay in Vegas (we're from the UK) I was taken seriously ill, and had to be admitted into the local ER hospital for 5 days leaving my wife (who could not drive in the US) on her own in the hotel. The staff extended our stay on a day-by-day basis until I was well enough to leave Las Vegas, and ran my wife around to the hospital every day until I was well enough to return to the hotel to recouperate. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks again Megan, JA, Steve, Rocky and Michelle (and everyone whose names I've forgotton) - we're just so grateful for your friendship at a most trying time.

Home from home

Check in was easy and friendly. Allocated parking spots numbered same as unit you are staying in, so you always get the same spot. Well kept flower gardens, bushes, trees and tidy paved areas with gravel borders. We stayed in a one bed unit- spacious, clean, light. Living area- large corner sofa, can be made into spare bed, coffee table, TV, DVD player. Full size kitchen: gas rings, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ice maker, coffee percolator, kettle, blender, crockery/cutlery for 4, pots, pans, cooking dishes, washing up liquid and powder for dishwasher, towels, ironing board, iron, washing basket, brush, fire extinguisher, washer and dryer. Dining area- rectangular glass table, 4 chairs, mini hi-fi. Outside balcony- small table, 2 chairs & store cupboard. Bedroom- massive comfy bed, TV and DVD player, bedside cabinets, stool and walk-in wardrobe. The window has shutters and blackout curtains. Bathroom- large marble worktop with basin and large oval shaped bath with shower over. The outside, warm pool was large with easily accessible steps. A large, hot jacuzzi was also very welcoming after a long day. I highly recommend anyone visiting Vegas to stay at The Cliffs as it is home from home, a fabulous place and gives respite from the non stop lifestyle. Why pay more for a simple room in a themed hotel when you can stay in luxury with all home comforts/amenities? You would be mad to book anywhere but The Cliffs!

great location if you are not a gambler - about half an hour by car to the 'strip'

Condo complex around a pool area, which is kept very clean and tidy. Also has bar-b-q area. Allocated room parking is under cover to keep car out of the sun. The condo itself was perfectly clean when we arrived it has a really quite well equiped kitchen. Range cooker, microwave, blender, coffe maker, toaster, full size fridge/freezer (with ice-maker) and full size dishwasher. It also has a full size washer and a dryer in a small utility room, with iron and ironing board, of course. They also throw in the laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths and teatowels as well as bathtowels and pool towels. What more can you ask of a room away from home!

Gut, ruhig und ab vom Strip

Gutes, ruhiges Hotel in Stadtrandlage, etwa 15min bis zum Strip, Flughafen oder Messezentrum LVCC. Großes Appartment mit separatem Schlafzimmer, gute Ausstattung, nur 2 Handtuchhaken hatten's fast hinter sich und der Duschvorhang könnte mal erneuert werden. Freundliches Personal, selbst eine eintägige Verspätung wurde klaglos akzeptiert und die Nacht erstattet.
