Lovely stay, staff were really helpful and friendly! Get location as a base for exploring all the different areas of Berlin. Room was nice and spacious and clean. Very quiet. Would stay here again.

It was an impressive old building and the decor nicely contemporary. The apartment was clean, equipped fairly with quality products. However, there could be more information available for guests and the reception made more obvious and welcoming. But we would stay there again.

Just a 5 min walk to all the ammenities in Alexanderplatz. Friendly and helpfull staff. Modern and clean but not high in character and limited food options in the hotel itself.

The Good - very central in Berlin Mitte - only 5 mins walk from Alexander Platz, so good for local eateries and transport connections. Good view of the TV tower from the balcony. The room was clean, BUT: - they only clean it every second day - using the ‘environment’ label to justify this, though it’s basically a cost saving opportunity for them. If I’m staying in a hotel, I want my room cleaned each day. - although there is a basic coffee shop offering at reception, it’s not really suitable for a decent breakfast. My room was a standard room, which would be fine for a couple of nights, but I was there for 2 weeks. With only a desk chair, this meant that I couldn’t really spend any time in the room relaxing / reading/watching TV - needed a bit more space for a comfy chair. There is a tiny ‘kitchen’ (hob and fridge) - but again, you really wouldn’t want to spend time eating in the room. Laundry service was outrageously expensive - but there is a laundry room in the basement which you can use for free. Supposed to be room service via scanning code in the room, but on the 3 times I tried this, it was not available. In summary, I think there are much better hotels in the area for similar price. I wouldn’t recommend, but it’s also not the worst.

Centrally located near Alexanderplatz, 10-15 minutes walk to lots of attractions apartment had a balcony which was an added bonus. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again

Good option near Alexanderplatz

Good value for money and ideal location. Comfortable and quiet room on the 4th floor. Facilities in kitchenette limited but adequate for us. Plenty of casual food choices nearby. V comfortable bed.

Our stay at the Lux 11 hotel in Berlin was perfect! Our flight arrived late at night so the hotel was locked but when we rang the number on the door a member of staff came straight away to check us in. The room itself was fantastic, it was big, lots of facilities and exceptionally clean. The room was cleaned on our second day and it was immaculate. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. This hotel is in a fantastic location with transport links close by and almost everything you’d need was in walking distance. I’d highly recommend this hotel and if we came to Berlin again, we’d definitely stay here. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Really good base for our first trip to Berlin. So many transport options within 5 minutes and just 15 mins walk to the Museumsinsel. Having the kitchen facilities in room was a great option for breakfast although there were several options close by. Room was very comfortable. We would use this hotel again
