Stayed at the Martinique a few times, staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great location. Very good clean pools. Nice selection of foods.

I had the all inclusive option but still needed to get my own water bottles if I wanted some in my room. Friendly staff all around. Food was decent, lacking in protein.

Nice spacious apartment, well equipped. Friendly staff, although after booking an extra night as a late check out was unavailable, communication wasn't great as I was asked to check out on the original day, even though I'd told reception on two occasions I'd extend my stay. This wasn't a major issue but a slight inconvenience, didn't have any impact on an enjoyable stay. Would stay here again.

After check-in and having seen the room I immediately left! The hotel needs a renovation. The ugliest thing were the hair of other clients. Even on the towels! Disgusting! Not recommendable.

Overall was a good stay, staff were nice, but unfortunately when the cleaners came to the room, they would often not replace the toilet roll or shower gel, so I would have to go to reception and ask, food was okay often at breakfast but lunch and dinner was very “the same” every night so it got boring and very limited on things to eat.

Wouldn't chose this hotel again

When I arrived my room card wasn't working and I was walking up and down like 3 times until they decided to sen a technician to fix it. The WiFi was awful - it kept connecting and disconnecting all the time every 2nd minute and wasn't even working from time to time. I was not able to work nor attend lectures and participate in them. Missed university assignments for this reason. GDPR and Data protection is something they would not consider as necessity because receptionist claimed that he could easily get my phone number and message me if he would want to. Brits were yelling across the whole area during night time and acted like they own the whole place, lol. To point out good things about hotel: Room was spacious, cleaning ladies were awesome and pool seemed to be clean.

Petit appartement fonctionnel. Les lits sont confortables. Si vous voulez ĂȘtre au calme, il vaut mieux s'abstenir car beaucoup sont lĂ  pour faire la fĂȘte. L'insonorisation n'est pas trĂšs bonne. Concernant les repas, il y en a pour tous les goĂ»ts avec nous concernant un effort Ă  faire sur ce qui est proposĂ© lors des petits dĂ©jeuners proposant essentiellement du salĂ©!

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern fĂŒr 5 Tage dort. Die NĂ€chte waren sehr unruhig, weil die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind und im Flur 24 Stunden Bewegung war. Zum GlĂŒck war die LautstĂ€rke in dem seperaten Zimmer, in welchem die Kinder geschalfen haben, aushaltbar. In dem Raum, welcher zum Flur gerichtet war, war an Schlafen nicht zu denken. StĂ€ndiges TĂŒrenklappen und laute GesprĂ€che die ganze Nacht ĂŒber. Eventuell wĂ€re es eine Idee Familien ein bisschen zu separieren und nicht direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl zu platzieren.
