The room/suite was nice enough and good condition. lobby area seemed worn, almost dirty. Housekeeping was fairly random regarding what they did and supplies (toiletries, towels etc.), fx. they had a hard time counting to 4 people. It's walking distance from Union st and around the corner from Younge Street which make it convenient.

Great location off Yonge

Our 1 bed apartment was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable double bed in bedroom. Comfy sofa bed. Really nice bathroom & shower. Location was very convenient just off Yonge and with lots of shops, restaurants (highly recommend Stratus), harbourside & ents district within easy walk. Great view from our fully glazed corner, inc of the CN tower. Welcoming friendly staff, especially the porter who took care of us. Great irish boozer around the corner. Note valet parking is expensive here & there are cheaper options within a few mins' walk. Very little crockery & cooking utensils - you have to request what you need which isnt ideal. Lots of blinds in the living space but there are lots of gaps between so daylight comes in early for whoever's sleeping on the sofa bed. Didnt ruin anything for us but be aware for light sleepers or bring eye mask. Would stay again.

The property is in the heart of the financial district as well as 10 mins walk to Eaton centre. So a great location. The rooms are more like a condo, small kitchenette and a washer dryer. So extremely convenient. The inside is slightly dated but is compensated by the locational advantage Well recommended

Really welcome in reception. Nice decor and clean. Room was a great size. Had bath robes shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion. Also has a tumble dryer. Tv in the living room and bedroom. Sofa bed was extremely comfortable which is rare! Shower head wasn’t the most powerful. There was a 24hr gym but some of the equipment was broken and would be for max 3 people at a time which is tiny for such a big hotel. We were also able to leave our bags to collect later after check out

Great location

Location was brilliant and very convenient, useful place to stay for your first time in Toronto. Staff were lovely and helpful. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, kitchen was useful as we didn't have to eat out every night.

Average hotel, great location

Hotel and facilities were average. Condo shared building so lifts were often busy and slow. Room was large with own kitchen (didn’t use) and comfy bed but was exceptionally dark and street noise was loud on a night/ early morning although 20 floors high. Location is fantastic just off Yonge street and next to King St station subway, also walking distance from Union station for easy transportation to airport. Didn’t use hotel restaurant or gym, staff were nice. Would recommend for location but room was simply average.

Great Hotel right in the city centre

My overall rating of 4 is because the inclusive breakfast was very poor. It was not available on one occasion as the chef had not turned up for work. We were booked on a day trip to Niagara. Otherwise it was a great stay. Lovely suite, clean and comfortable. We arrived early at about midday. The staff did everything in their power to get us in our room within 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay there again!

Sad to see this hotel so missold

Poor reception, looks nothing like the picture. When i first got there i asked about parking facilities and the receptionist said they didnt have any. When i was checking out the first thing the receptionist told me was: Do you want us to fetch your car from our parking facilties? I couldnt believe it. The biggest joke however was the breakfast that i paid for and our family only sat for once. We asked for the time of the breakfast and the receptionist told us it was from 10:00am to 12:00! Later we found out it was actually from 07:30 on weekdays and from 10:00 on the weekend - but no one told us that. The actual breakfast offer was very very poor, among the poorest i have ever seen (see picture). We sat for breakfast once and never had it again. The room was 'tired' and the bathroom even more so. All in all a very poor hotel at a premium price.

2nd time staying here. Really enjoy this hotel and its close proximity to many different things. The staff here is always pleasant and super helpful. We were treated to a complimentary 45 minute visit to the jacuzzi in the spa which was really nice. I plan to be back again soon
