The apartment was clean with amazing views- The hotel was fabulous- we had access to all areas- Didn’t realise until day four that there was a rooftop pool!The dining was very good- very good quality & beautifully laid out- We were there 10 days & it wasn’t repetitive- Carmen on reception was friendly & caring.Our cleaning ladies were efficient & friendly Couple of negatives- After a delayed flight arrived at the Apartments at 10.15pm no one around- We were unaware we had to check in at the hotel - 3/4 minutes walk along the road- reception gave us key’s & minimum information- No one to accompany us to apartment. Towels were clean but old- grey/hard Dinner we felt a little pressured to order drinks- we ordered water, 3.40e per bottle We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again & hope the negatives come across as constructive

We stayed in the appartments 100yds from Oasis, they are clean, well equipped and peaceful, but have FULL use of All the facilties, free Pool Towel service. Perfect location with access the the private beach.

NO FACILITIES WERE OPEN SO SPOILT OUR HOLIDAY

We booked this because it advertised all the facilities of tge hotel were for use for the apartments as well. As we went mid March, the hotel wasn't open so none of the facilities were open either. This was very disappointing to us as we go away to swim & sunbathe. The pools were closed & there was no sunbeds in the apartment so we had to sit on hard chairs all holiday. Nobody seemed to want to help when i complained. Also, although the apartment was good, it smelt really bad of tobacco, and being non smokers, this was off puting.

Thought we we try an apartment, the hotel had all the usual comforts gorgeous surroundings an excellent breakfast buffet and pool area, this did not disappoint. The staff at the hotel, nothing is to much trouble and work hard at looking after their guests. The area where the apartment is situated is on a small beach with a board walk and some restaurants which are all fabulous, loved tapas and fresh fish. So what’s not to like ? So if you want the finesse of a hotel, the apartment does not offer this, the apartment whilst it’s layout and facilities are all there, it was in need of a refresh a bit tired. Peeling paintwork, very old sink and fridge and the shower cubicle needs replacing. The view from our room, the sea and board walk. I felt disappointed at first, but soon got into my holiday and the apartment was maintained everyday with fresh towels and cleaned to a good standard. Overall had a great few days, it’s been a while since we travelled and my expectations where high, Son Caliu apartments do not match up to the hotel room standards, so if your ok with a few rough edges go for it !

What an amazing find! Beautiful place, fabulous friendly staff. It could not of been placed in a better position. Right on the private beach and having a pool. The accommodation was everything you could need. Comfy bed and sofa, little kitchen area. Tv in bedroom and lounge. Also a balcony with a grass area. The air con was easy to use. The rooms were cleaned every day. We will be returning!

Second time here, so that says a lot. It’s a laid back atmosphere which is both friendly and professional. The location with its own pool and beach is great. You also have the beach bars and restaurants within sight of both these amenities. Staff are friendly and polite. Will go back 5⭐️

The Son Caliu “apartments” which are part of the hotel but the other side we stopped in. A group of late 30’s guys. The apartments are practically on the beach / rocks and the beach was essentially a private beach. The staff were so friendly and even allowed us to keep an apartment from check out at noon until 18.00 in line with our flight... FOC Will be returning here with my wife for sure. Palma nova / Palma / Magaluf all just a hip in the taxi away.

Great location and fantastically clean

Stayed in the apartment area of the hotel. All 30 apartments had a sea view, ours being within 20 metres. The small beach was fantastic and extremely well kept with a couple of beach restaurants serving delicious food. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean with maid service daily and the buffet breakfast is the best, everything you could wish for is on offer. The hotel's location is ideal with the busier nightlife of Palma nova a 10 minute stroll to the west and the fabulous harbour and high end restaurants of portals nous about a 25 minute walk to the east. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and the location is superb. Hoping to return in September.

Only complaint is the fridge which was very smelly. Lucky I had some organic essential lavender oil with me and placed some drops in a glass of water and then put the glass in the fridge. But I had to clean the shelves inside fridge to removed old stains from either milk or yoghurt which I suspect gave the foul smell. Not what you want to do upon arrival in the evening, to have to clean someone else's dirt from the fridge.

Don't let the look disappoint!

The hotel is lovely.. the building for the apartments is about 200m away. The building is pretty ugly but the apartments are excellent.. Big longer with a functional kitchen. Bathroom was modern and very clean. Bed was massive and comfortable. The apartment is front line with a very pretty beach in a lovely little cove. There is a cool beach bar next door which is pretty but very expensive! I ate at the hotel and it was fine.. As a guest of the apartments I could use the spa, gym and pool. For the money an absolute bargain
