Secure parking made this stay easy and gave piece of mind. Rooms are very spacious and all the facilities you’d need. The beds were comfortable. The shower head wasn’t adjustable for settings and was difficult to find the correct power and there was a bit of mould on the sealant. The soap dispenser was also difficult to use. We’d return.

Amazing stay at stay city!!!

It was amazing!! I had booked as a surprise for my best friends 22nd birthday and from the moment I arrived till the moment I left everything was so well done. The communication with the staff and head supervisors were impeccable, the cleanliness of the apartment was to another level we every got complimentary drinks and it was safe to say we really enjoyed them. I loved staying there and my best friend loved the surprise. Thank you so much to the staff working ok the 19/21 you lot really made everything so much easier.

Convenient to downtown Birmingham

This was a very convenient hotel for spending a few days in Birmingham. It was only a short walk from the city centre, and came equipped with a mini-fridge. It also had a parking garage available right next to the hotel. Our only complaint was that the bathroom didn't offer enough shelves for storing our toiletries.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Only a small area to eat breakfast, wasn't a problem for us on a Wednesday morning though. The buffet breakfast was great also.

A lovely place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. So handy having your own little kitchenette. Spacious having two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sitting room/kitchenette. Plus comfy beds.
