Perfect location, lovely apartment

Perfect location a few minutes walk from Southern Cross station and the arcades and shops. Great space and fully equipped kitchen. Easy check in. Great place to stay!

Nice Hotel in Melbourne

This hotel looks very clean with a hugh space to stay. The only problem I saw is the staff there. They are not helpful at all. Many of them saw me carrying bags up to go up to the hotel but no-one was willing to help me. At the day I checked out, I told a lady on the counter to call a taxit to go to the airport, but she did not seem happy to assist the customer even the concierge.

The hotel staff were very helpful and stored our luggage all day before our flight. They also allowed us to use the health centre showers at the end of the day after we had checked out again before our flight.

Nice Business Hotel

This hotel is a little out of the buzz of Melbourne city centre but still only a 10min walk from the bustle and Federation Square etc. Room was spacious with a nice kitchen facility but bathroom was tiny! You got 30mins free Wifi each 24 hours however this was a continuous 30mins so it had to be used all at once. In addition, the Wifi was so slow that it took you about 30minutes to access anything! If you are a business user wanting to work I think it might be better to purchase the Wifi access. Staff were helpful but hotel a little bit impersonal for my liking. Room had a good balcony and the higher up your room the better the view. This also meant your room was quieter. My colleague had a room on a lower floor and there was quiet a bit of noise from the street in the early morning.

Good location

This hotel was in an excellent location and the room looked wonderful and even included a dish washer, but was not practical. The kitchen cupboards could not be reached unless you were six foot plus tall. The bathroom shower flooded the whole of the floor when used and the TV was set so high on the wall it gave us neck ache. Bedside table lamps only appeared after the first night. There was no where close in the bathroom to hang a towel when showering.
