Very basic amenities, thankfully we were only staying 3 nights. Shower is tiny, only one roll of toilet paper provided and only 2 pillows provided, c'mon this is 21st century, not 1970's The air conditioning unit was noisy and the the open plan dining, living room and bedroom area had no door so noises from corridor outside travelled into the room. The coffee machine was prehistoric and as much as we tried we couldn't figure out how to use the thing as 4 pods of coffee had been provided (note; the only things provided). To summarise, thankfully we didn't spend anytime in the room other than sleeping (not peacefully or deeply) as it was basic amenities and no couch to sit on. August can be a hot and oppressive month in Italy so spend a bit more and ensure you have a better level of comfort.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. Facilities were also very good. Check-in was easy even we arrived after normal time as clear instruction has been given in advance. Comunication with the apartment was also good. The only thing can improve is to consider to leave the WiFi code in the apartment - as mentioned above, we arrived the apartment later, although check-in was simple there was no WiFI code given and have to waite until next day to get it. Overall, very happy with our stay in this apartment.

Ideal accommodation to explore Trieste.

Arrived mid morning and was able to leave the luggage and go to explore the city. Check in was quick and easy and we were given a lot of information to help us to further discover everything that Trieste has to offer. The location is great. An easy 10 min stroll from where we left the cruise ship and even closer to the train and bus stations.

4 Night Stay in January

Excellent well equipped apartment in a great location close to all the sights, shops and restaurants. On street parking can be a bit of a challenge but you can rent a garage with the owners for 15 euro a day. When arriving it is worth noting that reception is on the second floor as this can be confusing.

Monolocale spazioso, a poca distanza dal canal Grande. La posizione è sicuramente l'elemento molto positivo della sistemazione. Aspetti negativi: vista dalle due finestre su due cavedi; mancava un foglio informativo sull'utilizzo dell'aria condizionata per riscaldare la stanza (quel giorno a Trieste si gelava), per cui abbiamo dovuto chiamare più volte per farci spiegare il funzionamento; bagno piccolo, con WC troppo attaccato alla doccia

It was a pleasant surprise that i was given a beautiful suite for such a reasonable price. The rooms were already warmed up. Suggestion: it's time to clean the filters on the faucets. For the kitchen, wooden spoons will not scratch the skillet non stick surface.

This was a great place to stay before boarding or getting off a cruise ship. Located within easy walking distance from the train station and to the cruise port. Located near great shopping and restaurants. The place was warm, and comfortable. Not super fancy but i would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice place if you are walking or taking public transportation. Parking is a nightmare! Also be aware of early checkout time. 10:00 a.m. they charge 50 euros for late checkout.

Stay where Hemingway stayed

Residence Theresia with its excellent location was an excellent base from which to walk the city. From the caffe opposite to the nearby restaurants, plenty of choice. The staff were most helpful. The studio apartment was not luxurious but most comfortable and good to come home to. Supermarket nearby.

Très bonne expérience !

Hébergement en format résidence : Notre "suite" faisait au moins 80m2, avec grand salon/salle à manger/cuisine, très grandes chambres, le tout très propre. La situation dans Trieste est juste imbattable : 2 minutes du canal et du centre. A noter : ne pas stresser pour le parking. J'en ai trouvé en 1 minute tous les jours, à 100m de la résidence. C'est gratuit de 20h à 8h et sinon, 1€50. Gérable avec l'app EasyPark.
