Decent stay, annoying deposit scheme

A very nice villa, which was way more than we needed for a single overnight stay to visit Nantes, but served us really well. A strange location, a load of holiday villas in the middle of a business park by the main road into the city, but did make it easy to get to. Didn't have time to use the pool, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The deposit required on arrival is annoying, and the amount too high, especially as it's done on trust that they will return it - there's no joint inspection on check-out.

Lots of space - the apartment is quite big. The staff on reception are really friendly & it was no problem arriving after reception shut as they left our keys in a safe for us. The pool is a definite advantage!key or us.

The apartment itself was very comfortable, however, despite having 6 weeks notice that my flight arrived in Nantes at 9pm, I was sent a message on the afternoon of the first day of my stay (while I was at the airport waiting to get on the plane) saying that despite having received payment in full for the two night stay, they would not give me a key as they didn't have a copy of my credit card. The phone number for the hotel was not answered despite 20 calls. Hotels. Com did not help either despite speaking to an agent while boarding the plane. I was forced to drive around Nantes for 3 hours trying to find alternative accommodation, finally booking in to Novotel at 12.30 am at a cost of 125 euros On day two, I was finally allowed to book in to Zenitude, who gave no apology, no refund and didn't want a copy of my credit card. Don't bother booking these apartments

Only staying for one night but the appartment was clean, plenty of room for us (5). Kitchen well equipped. Pool looked nice but we didnt have time to use. We sidnt go into Nantes so cant comment on handiness in that respect but was easy to get to the hotel.

Great stop off

Great for a family stay. 2 night stop over in Nantes, heading for southern France. Roomy aparthotel. Bonus of swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen. We last stayed there about 10 years ago and was just as pleasant now as then.

Great place for a quiet stay

As a base to get to Carrefour it is very convenient. It is outside of the city so you need a car or taxi. Great for a quiet stay and the wifi worked !

Great place to stay, quality beds!

Good spot on the edge of Nantes. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, loads of storage space, even has a dishwasher in each apartment. Lovely swimming pool, not that big but perfect at the end of the day after exploring. Close to a large Carrefour and Le Clerc. 10 mins to the main tramline where you can park your car for about 80c an hour. Then hop on the tram into Nantes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, and it’s great for families. Oh and secure locked parking after 8pm.0

Great for stopover

So the location is not great - within a big industrial estate - but that said there is a buffalo grill and pizza place walking distance. Not a place to base yourself for a holiday, but fantastic for a one or two night stopover if travelling through France. Loads of space and comfort for a family, 3 double beds with kitchen and dining area. It’s clean and there’s loads of gated parking, and for a pretty reasonable price.

Charming hotel

We had a very pleasant stay. The villa was extremely clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast is just ok. Nice deal for the price. We strong recommend if you're like us visiting the city of Nantes or even the parc "Puy Du Fou" and looking for a reasonable price for a hotel.

A nice clean apartment for two

A well laid out complex of holiday apartments in good condition. We had a first floor split level apartment with a nice large balcony and enjoyed our stay. A car is essential but there are good restaurants and shops within walking distamce and the apartments sre on the periphique road so driving access to all parys of Nantes is easy.

It was really bad, there was no front desk,this was not stated on the description of the hotel. They did not even pick up the phone when Hotels.com called them. Do not stay here

Comfy beds and lovely apartment

Well equipped and nicely laid out. Loved that you could park just outside the apartment and that you had your own small garden area. Clean and roomy. Only staying overnight but could easily have stayed longer. Seemed to be a few places to eat and drink around the area and hotel was easy to find without having to drive far off the main road around Nantes. We didn't have time to go into Nantes itself so couldn't say how easy it would be to get in and out. Three kids and two adults and all were impressed, even managed to squeeze in a visit to the pool which was lovely.
