Tired and unloved

Lovely staff and reception. The rooms left a lot to be desired. Very dated, old interior. Needs a full makeover. I wouldn’t advertise as a hotel as it’s more hostel accommodation. Would suit backpackers

Good size flat with comfy bed. Necessary is there. It's the second time we stay here and we're pleased. Side note, some connectivity issue with Wifi throughout the weekend, in 2020 this should not happen anymore.

Comfortable, although a little tired...

The unit was a bit tired, but they did mention there would be renovations happening. It was nice and spacious and quite comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay.

Basic but useful accommodation

Slightly tricky to find, but straightforward to get into, even after hours. Very basic accommodation, but kitchen and bathroom facilities fine. Good for an overnight, wouldn’t want to stay much longer.

Great little gem

The stay was great. The staff were friendly. The accommodation was good. It needs a little ore of a homely feel to it, a full length mirror would be useful. The accommodation was great for what we needed it for and the free Wifi was very useful although needs to b improved a little as it was very slow.

Nice little treat

The apartments are located a good distance from Lyon city centre, taxis are expensive €40-50 one way gets expensive. The apartment is basic, functional, wifi is slow and not great. The rooms smelt of stale tobacco, although it stated they were non smoking. There is a small pool, limited snacks etc. Staff were excellent, very very helpful and accommodating, can't praise them enough. Overall if you go it might be in different circumstances, I was there for Portugal V Wales, euro 2016, late booking hence being here, it wasn't ideal for my purpose, but if you're traveling and have a car, it's a quiet spot out of town, ideal for your ventures.

Nice apartment near Lyon

Plenty of space, reasonably well looked after, pool was good. Lack of aircon made the nights a little uncomfortable (it was over 30C every day we were there) so we bought a fan to cool things down. Some of the other residents could be a little noisy at night.

Great no frills stopover on way to Alps

Used as a stopover on way to the Alps. Very convenient from the autoroutes. We stayed in an apartment-style room which had a kitchen etc. Very cheap and ideal for our party (two adults and three kids aged 3-8). Good breakfast at reasonable additional cost. Would use again. Can be tricky to find so watch for signs, but a good quiet location.

Fantastic place for large family

We stayed just one night- 2 adults plus 3 kids. The place was more than we expected. Apartment on 2 levels with terrace and fully equipped kitchen. My kids preferred it to their own apartment. I didn't realize that reception closes at 6PM but few minutes before deadline someone had called me giving details of codes for the gate and safe where our keys will be waiting. Definitely recommended!

Great place for a group stop over...

Great flat for a stop over, clean, comfy just what we were looking for... be careful if heading South!!! we left early morning but still got caught up in the Lyon rush hour traffic.

Don't bother

We found our stay rather uncomfortable from start to finish.It looked like there were permanent residents of all descriptions living there in some of the accommodation so weren't happy leaving anything in the car at all.We found the apartment itself rather poorly equipped- no kettle for instance and rather dark inside.The beds were like campbeds and the bedding had holes in and stains on the bedspread. It felt very isolated and not really a nice place to be so won't be going back ever

Car Necessary...

Signs to villas are scarce and small however if you are looking out for them, not impossible to spot. Set in a business park which meant it was really quiet at night, albeit a little strange. Amenities are basic however any extras we needed (bottle opener, network cable for PC) were provided at the desk. Hotel room also basic but clean. Close to a few supermarkets and centre of Lyon only short car journey away, (plenty of parking within city).

Excellent value

Used as a stopover before a flight back from Lyon. For the price - superb value for money. We'd been skiing and apartment was twice size of ski apartment. About 40 min drive to airport - easily housed 4 of us.

Great for a stop off.

Used this hotel for an overnight stop whilst travelling to the south of France. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Lyon so not great if you want to explore the city centre, but if you want an easily accessible place to stay then this is great. Plenty of space for the family and kitchenette is great for self catering. Comfy beds and good bathroom, spotlessly clean, what else do you need?
