We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea! All the staff were lovely and friendly, and provided a map with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Very helpful and nice staff. Rooms are good and clean. Great central location. Only down side is buses wait directly outside your window and drivers don’t turn their engines off and buses run most of the day and night so not able to keep windows open

Perfect suite for visiting San Sebastian

This apartment is fantastic and positioned perfactly central to visit the old town, la concha beach, gros beach and all the cathedrals and shopping areas. Just perfect for visiting San Sebastian. Sandra on reveptionwas extremely helpful and friendly.

The property was well located for the old town shopping and restaurants. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was nothing to dislike apart from the cost of parking.

Brilliant little hotel staff were fantastic could not do enough for us so helpful and friendly. Brilliant position all areas of San Sebastian In walking distance. Very clean comfortable room, bottled water available on request and coffee machine at reception. Would certainly use again.

Great hotel near the old town

Lovey hotel, staff very friendly, large rooms and the power shower was the best I’ve ever experienced. 5 minutes walk to the old town and 2 minute walk to the boulevard to get buses around the city. Main bus station was only a 10 minute walk away.

Great location and clean room. The Expedia listing mentions on-site parking but the staff say that it has never had this. This cost us an additional 44 euros at a nearby parking garage.

The people at Legazpi Doce Rooms were the biggest asset. Very friendly, helpful and engaging, they met us with a warm welcome and made the stay. I was a little surprised by how small the room we chose was, but it was in no way a negative reflection of this establishment. Very comfortable and an enjoyable stay in a great part of town.

Great location, few issues

Photos/description of apartment was misleading so when we booked a two bed apartment we thought we’d have two bedrooms and a lounge area but our second bed was in the kitchen. With two children this wasn’t ideal. We then asked for a travel cot but they didn’t have any. The location was great, close to everything. However the apartment was lacking a few basic items. No salt, pepper, oil for cooking; only a few basic cooking utensils; no broom or dustpan brush; one basic “3 in 1” item in bathroom. The tv didn’t work and the air conditioning blew only hot air (we were told this was normal!) the city is pricey but for the price we paid would have expected a better overall experience.
