This place is great. I think the location is ideal. It is outside of Sedona town, but only a few minutes drive. We had a riverside villa & it was a little rustic, but all the better for that. The property is maintained impeccably & very well equipped if you wanted to stay a few days & self cater. Very homely & the living flame fire really was the cherry on top, not to mention the surprise of a Jacuzzi style bath! We really cannot wait to come back here. Sedona as an area is breathtaking & these villas are a great & better alternative to a hotel. Brilliant base to explore from & look forward to returning to in the evening. The staff were amazingly friendly & helpful too. A big hat's off to the cleaning & maintenance team.

Loved the location and close to everything. Room had a mildew smell and a lot of dust/debris in the air, but other than that, we loved it. Fireplace and outdoor patio balcony were great touches.

Started out with a good vibe on location and facilities. Turned back the bed sheets. Cleaned but VERY old sweat stained fitted sheet. Replaced with clean sheets in closet. Maid left clean sheet in the morning. No hairdryer but very good hot water and pressure. Reviewers were right about the old tired furniture and carpet. Maybe not all villas as dated as Villa #308.

We enjoyed our stay at Villas At Poco Diablo. Really loved the location and amenities. It was especially nice to have a kitchenette and the large bathtub. My only suggestion to future guests is to bring an eye mask. The vertical blinds on the windows don't block out the light well and it was very bright when the sun came up.

It’s quiet and comfy bed. However, there is one thing that I’m hoping cleaners should also pay attention to the sofa bed, because the sofa bed we had on our unit had a blood stain on it. Thankfully, they have multiple covers available in the room/unit. In addition, it is very close to RAVEN CAVE which we really love.

Love it! Don’t know about the wild pigs roaming property. We unloaded car and you see a pig and it startled me. The fireplace kept shutting off and from day 1 we had to call everyday to come fix it. Maintenance super nice! At the end we said forge it, little disappointed not to have it as watching TV

The kitchen had everything we needed. 2 miles from the main town which was a perfect amount away from the winter break crowds. HVAC was a little noisy but we would just turn it off to sleep. Would stay again!

Couple vacation.

The Villas at Poco Diablo were amazing. Extremely clean, very roomy, and well equipped. Also close to everything you could want or need. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. Tracy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back again.

Stunningly peaceful property with Oak Creek access a few steps from the patio. Exceptionally clean villa and a supremely comfortable pillow top bed with vaulted ceiling, as well as parking a few steps from the door. Highlight ~ An oversized jetted Jacuzzi tub for deep relaxation after hiking. The central Sedona location made it a breeze to access local sites and shops. Truly, a hidden gem!
