On the surface it looked like a lovely place to stay with a great view over the ocean from our balcony. But unfortunately it was not very clean there were bits of old food under the sofas the tv didn’t work and floors were dirty. Went to use the spa bath and dirt sprayed out from the jets! Also the show curtain just dropped off the wall.

Nice apartment but needs attention to detail

Fairly average apartment considering price that was paid. Far too many storage cupboards everywhere which take up space. No hangers in cupboards to hang clothes. Little or no decor. Some things clearly needed replacing e.g fridge was rusty. No sky TV. On a positive note it's in a good location with lovely view and was a comfortable stay.

Great location and view

Perfect location and great views. We had a 2 bed apartment that was laid out a little oddly and bedrooms dark but fine. It could have done with a lamp in living area, AC in 2nd room and a TV in main room but no big deal. Perfectly enjoyable stay.

We were on the 5th floor the water pressure wasnt good. But lovely appartment two bathrooms. Nice kitchen and lounge. Beds comfortable.

Needs Maintenance

The property needs to be up dated there was quite a bit of maintenance that need to be done to the place including the mattress needs to be replaced.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Point. The only criticism was that some aspects of the unit need upgrading. The aircon in the lounge was useless and the whole lounge area needs refurbishment. The cracked basin in the ensuite needs replacement. If these things were fixed it would have been perfect. It was well positioned and the staff were polite and helpful.
