Wonderful location. We last stayed here around 27 years ago. Unfortunately as far as the lodge goes, not a lot had changed. It really could do with modernisation. One of the new additions was a gas fire which looked very nice but really put out very little heat. The main heating is hot air which is probably the noisiest I have ever heard. Nice friendly staff.

If you’ve never been ya gotta go

Great location and a lovely view of the lake. Self contained units, although if you upstairs neighbours are heavy footed can be kinda annoying. Good amenities. Friendly staff. For us a great chance to see a different type of tourist California

Great Place to stay when visiting Big Bear

Upon arrival greeted by very friendly staff and check inn was quick and simple. Apartment was kitted out well with everything we needed for a 5 night stay including BBQ utensils to make use of the BBQs down at the lake. Room was clean and had plenty of space. Facilities really good on site including a small gym. Very close to the lake shore, the village itself was a 15 minute walk though. Would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Big Bear Lake.

Lagonita Lodge timeshare accommodation

This is located right on the lakeside. The units are spacious and well set out. Good facilities and away from the bustle of the L.A. Valley. If you like mountains and blue skies, great hikes and dark skies, then this is the place for you. Big Bear Lake is a medium sized town, and L.A. is just 1.5hrs away.

Awesome Stay!

They allowed us to check in at noon and not 5pm. Super great! Room was fantastic, view of the lake was amazing, far better than advertised. Communication with staff was great. Pool, jacuzi, billiards, and a fireplace in our room at night. Heating and a full kitchen. Beautiful stay all the way around.
