Easy to find short walk from main railway station

Easy to find and within walking distance of the Bordeaux Saint John main railway station. Friendly reception staff and very well maintained room with everything required except for dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Very clean. A number of small shops for supplies nearby. Would happily stay there again

Beds were really comfortable but the room was never cleaned despite putting the sign on the door. I also asked for my toilet to be looked at because the flush was very weak but that also never happened. Quiet location but easy walk to the train station.

The hotel has modern comfortable room. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Only downside is that it was VERY noisy during my stay as they had mechanics drilling and hammering during the day as the air conditioning was being updated in every room. I wish the construction work had been mentioned during the booking process.

Without doubt the most disgusting overnight stay my wife and myself have ever been unlucky enough to have booked. BROWN MARKS ON THE BEDDING! LOCATION... LIKE A WARZONE. UNDERGROUND CAR PARK HAZARDOUS... THE CONCRETE FLOOR IS SOAKED IN FUEL 🤕 PLEASE STAY AWAY!! UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING LIKE A RAT. No offence to rats. 💩💩💩💩💩

The superior room was spacious and offered a terrific view of the main square. The toilets were not cleaned but had stains in the bowl and under the rim.

Disappointing

The hotel was disappointing. On the positive side the room size was good and the staff were nice. However it was hard to sleep, there was noise coming from a bar/club and it was too light at night. The room safe was broken and the very small supplies of toilet roll, coffee etc were not replenished/filled up. There were no cleaning fluids except for washing up liquid but there is only cleaning once a week or when you leave except for washing up liquid.

Nice room, nice hotel. Modern, clean, great staff. The area where it is seems to be right on the edge between the less desirable and the nice part of town. Close to easy to navigate metro system.

Clean, small apartment but well equipped kitchen. Very hot with no fan - you can open window but still stuffy. Unfortunately elevator wasn’t working in car park so had to lug bags up stairs. Also no instruction on parking. If you are driving - there is a small street with metal gate at end you can pull into to check in. About 20 mins from city centre.
