Great location and the room was great. Staff friendly. A little pricey tho. We thought we had a bedroom upstairs and the living area downstairs based off pics. Would have divided the space a little better.

VEry conveniently located : next to Gloucester Tube station and walking distance to Natural History Museum, V&A museum, Harrods, Hyde park. Rooms are well mantained - we had an 1BR suite. There is a bit more of tables / chairs and would be better to have more shelves to put clothes etc. But overall great stay

Great place to stay in central London

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Great location for bus and tube to get around. Vicinity felt safe. Room was lovely and had the bonus of a little terrace which we didn't expect. Clean and comfortable room.

Loved the hotel. Was easy to get to from the airport, was recently renovated, and had the best mattress ive had in London so far. The neighborhood was excellent and safe and close to the natural history museum and the V&A museum. Will definitely go back to this hotel.

Lovely place but late check in

It was a lovely room with a street view but check in time is 4pm. Fortunately we were checked in at 3.15pm. Most places check in from 2 or 3pm.

Room was nice and all the facilities. Shower door went inward soaking it in water, shower leaked water to the outside. BIG ISSUE WAS I DID NOT GET THE ROOM I PAID. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL PURELY FOR ROOM THAT WAS PICTURED and got a very different room. NOT IMP
