Camera sporca e trascurata. Dopo due giorni senza che la camera venisse pulita abbiamo richiesto due asciugamani che ci sono stati concessi a fatica in quanto non parlavano bene l' inglese. Colazione scarsa e una mattina abbiamo dovuto attendere 20 minuti perché i tavoli erano tutti occupati

Pictures a bit misleading, but still good value

Our apartment was definitely a lot more dated than the one shown in the Hotels.com pictures, so that’s a bit misleading. Second room with the bunk bed actually had no window for example. However, for an overnight stop to accommodate five people I think the ResidHotel still offers good value. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The lad at reception could not have been more helpful, and the location is pretty good. We also used their secure onsite parking.

There was a strong pungent smell of damp in the room. The whole floor including corridor were full of smell. The toilet exhaust fan was not working. The minimum temperature for air conditioning was 21. The parking lights were not working. All night there were loud noises coming from different rooms and no body was available to take the complaints. Overall it was poor experience. I booked it for three nights but stayed there only one night. I complaint using the Expedia message but received no response of messages.

Terrible bed

The bed is terrible. It has not improved its quality. The centre of the bed sinks a lot and it hurts so much my back that I didn’t rest well during my stay in Mulhouse and hence disrupts my trip a lot. With such price per night, I later found that there are better options nearby and hence upset me. However, these complaints are directed at the facility rather than the staff. The staff was helpful but they could not change the quality of the bed.

Huge problem checking in. Note that since March due to Covid their reception closes at 17:00 whilst description notes 22:30. A solution was found but it was email that had gone to my spam and hadn't even uploaded. Finally rang an emergency number and someone appeared. Nice apartment -quiet - good location- no complaints just the check in process.

Comfortable, clean and easy

The room was very spacious (we were in 4) the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the shutters were excellent (with slats so you could leave window open but closed at the same time). The rooms were very good value, however, the food was quite expensive but very filling. We would definitely come back and stay the night but have less to eat as portions very large.

Fine, spacious rooms for a family of 6. Very good value for money. Only minor point was we arrived late in the evening and there were no parking spaces so had to drop off and go park elsewhere which was a bit inconvenient with small children. We only stayed one night but it looked like a great location for exploring if we come this way again.

Good stay but..

The ResidHotel has a very good location, closer to the city centre, restaurants, coffee shops and is 5 minutes from the station. There is a mini market behind them too. The studio has a good size for a couple and the kitchenette has everything you need. The unique improvement will be the bed once the mattress is not comfortable and the pillows are very small like for a baby. The staff is friendly.

For the price, okay.

As always nothing special but the price considered this is still a good deal. However, this happened only first time to me though, the first night all in a sudden all water supply has stopped right after I've flushed the toilet. As this was after the front desk was closed, I could do nothing until the next morning. Corridor being smokey always is a minus for me but for the price still okay.

The staff was very unfriendly and took very long to check us in, there was a long queue of people as there was only one staff at the checkin desk. We requested non-smoking room and there was a sign on the door indicating that it was a non-smoking room. However, as we got in, the room had very strong cigarette smell. We came to see the receptionist and told him about it and he was like 'oh ok, so ?...' and looked at us as if we were being stupid for expecting an apology or any help from him to solve the problem. The room itself was ok, the TV was tiny, the bed was ok, it was a double bed room but only had one chair (?!). The water was unstable, I couldnt take a shower as the hot water ran out so I had to wait until the morning after to have a shower
