Far from perfect

I've stayed in many similar apartments but there is no reception here and when I arrived my room was locked when it should have been open. The security guards suggested I ring my host, which I did and got an immediate and helpful reply, but I shouldn't have had to do this. The living area and kitchen were good and the views fabulous, but the bathroom was tiny. The bedspread was faux sheepskin and had collected dirt and hairs from previous guests, so it smelt like I was sleeping in someone else's bed. Had to turn down the top to avoid the worst. I mentioned this to the host and also asked for the second set of keys I had requested but no action was taken. So plenty of plusses but really not the best.

Absolutely amazing property with the best views ever! We didn’t want to leave the apartment! It’s in a great location and was very easy to find and check into. The apartment has shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and spare toothpaste, toothbrushes, face wipes etc. It has everything you need for cooking. Great air conditioning/heating unit which worked very well. The TV has Netflix and YouTube which was amazing. There’s also high speed WiFi in each apartment. We want to come back to Toronto solely to stay in the apartment again!

A great condo very close to Union Station & the CN Tower, it was very clean with all mod cons and brilliant views of the city from floor 35, great communications & instructions received in good time prior to my trip

Have stayed in several apartments in the Toronto area, this one was not that great. The bedrooms are very plain/bare, cheap low-grade furnishings, no extra supplies (i.e. paper towels), carpets are dirty, bathroom dirty in corners, blinds missing pieces, one of the toilets not working. Other than the view, the place has a feel of a low-budget hotel. Definitely NOT worth the price compared to other places. The other thing to note is the pre-check-in and check in process. Pre check in, they needed a pic of not only my ID, but a selfie of me holding my ID which is odd; had to ask multiple times to try and get early check-in, which shouldn't have been an issue because check out is at 11:00 and they claim they clean the place immediately after. The day we were going to arrive they agreed to an hour earlier than normal check-in of 3:00 (btw, they were there to clean a little before our 11:00 check-out, but we were leaving as they were coming in). On the way there, called 30 minutes ahead like we were told to so we could meet on time, we arrived EXACTLY on time, waited almost 20 minutes in front of a sports bar to meet our guy to get us in (had to text and call before the guy showed up and then he had to ride in the car with us (???) to show us how to get in the garage). Would not stay here again.

Great location, didn't wait long for elevators. Check in was easy and clear. We stayed on 22nd floor and have no complaints, way better than a hotel for our little family for a great price.

A great place for our family stay in Toronto. Everything was close by and easy to navigate. Grocery shop across the road and easy access to the union station and the hockey and basketball stadium. The hosts were very accomodating with a personalised late and quick check in. A free late check out was also a bonus! Loved it here and would highly recommend it!
