Luxury suites these are not. Amenities were basic, if they worked at all e.g. fridge & toaster didn't work. And, communication was appalling around issues. Plus major roadworks were going on overnight each night of our stay (and likely to go on for next 5 months). No sound-proofing from the street. Rubbish.

We booked the one bedroom for three people, the area was great and the property had everything we needed for a short city break, I would go back again. On the down side the sofa bed was completely unusable, if it is for one person just sleep on the sofa without folding it out, it was comfortable enough, forget about the sofa bed for two people and look at the two bedroom option. If you want to use the washing machine you need to bring your own detergent as there was none supplied, there were not many towels, so we did need to use it a few times. There was Wi-Fi which you come to expect, it was usable but not great.

Horrible experience

Although I fully paid for my accommodation 5 bays before booking day, I was not on the list of guests and was not allowed to check in by the security guard. I was left on the streets alone in a city I don't know on a cold and rainy evening.

This property advertises they have a gym which is why I booked, they do not. Very misleading/outright lie. Also there are no toiletries provided so take your own- they do not tell you this in the numerous pointless emails they send before check in. Will not be back.

Very spacious apartment. All you could ever need and more. The concierges were very helpful and courteous. Coffee machine was great. There were some excellent eating places nearby particularly Townsman and Blu. One downside was that there was a lot of street noise at times.

There was no reliable heat for over 12 hours after checking in. The staff on site who are not related to the booking did more to help than the actual company. During this time the temps averaged 17 degrees. I was also locked out of my unit on the 6th floor balcony due to AUTO LOCKING DOORS with no sort of signage or notice. Then the hotel staff emergency number does NOT work. You will not speak to a human calling ANY of their numbers. I had the key the door to get inside. I almost had to call the police for help. My entire stay was overshadowed with being forced to report issues, like the heat. I spent so much of my stay on the phone with hotels, the host, and the building management that it impeded the trip and business I had. I’m very unhappy.

The hotel canceled my reservation without explanation the day of arrival. Upon landing to Boston with my family, which was 10pm, We had no place to go and had zero empathy from the hotel to rebook or help us find a place to stay. Worst experience ever!

The property was in a good location and was in good shape. However, the advertised sofa bed is not something that is usable - it's basically a futon with no padding and a bar running down the middle of it. When it became clear the first night, we tried contacting management with no luck. We tried again the next morning and over 4 calls spent a good chunk of our morning trying to get the bed switched or fixed and also to get some more linens. All their help desk folks were useless - lots of talk, but no results. Eventually the security helped us get some extra towels/linens. It wasn't till the following day (2 days from check in) that the maintenance staff was there and they provided a rollaway and proper bedding. For the amount they're charging, putting in a $1000 proper sofa bed would be the most basic and easiest thing to do. However, between the bed and service, it took a lot away from our stay and our impression of this rental.

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still peaceful and quiet. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!”
