A gem inside and wonderful staff

The apart hotel is not the prettiest outside, just wait until you get inside. It is beautiful, so smart, clean, loads of space, perfect! We had a room for 3 people, it was great to have the space, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the lounge area was great. The staff on the front desk were super helpful, always friendly and kind. The staff at breakfast were lovely, really attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

Nice and roomy, generally clean except for the toilet seat and there was a silverfish on the floor one day. The kitchen was well fitted. The bathroom was huge and the appliances were excellent quality. The bed was very comfortable and firm. Perfect for a city break

Everything was better than perfect, the one thing that was missing was a good WiFi connection which kept dropping every few minutes. Maybe because we were on the far side of the building where the signal reach was spotty, but something easily fixable and in this day and age necessary to function flawlessly.
