Ski into Village at Breckenridge Resort, where you can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge, eat a meal at the restaurant, and enjoy comforts including an indoor pool and a steam room. Each apartment provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. For a bit of entertainment, a flat-screen TV comes with cable channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences, such as a coffee/tea maker and a dishwasher. Housekeeping is available on request.
Village at Breckenridge Resort offers 132 accommodations with coffee/tea makers and designer toiletries. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Kitchens offer fridges, stovetops, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils. Bathrooms include complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.

Great place, right in the centre of Breckenridge which has plenty of restaurants, shops etc. Spotlessly clean with fully equipped kitchen, really comfortable bed. Kids used the sofa bed and slept well. Gorgeous view of the mountains from our room too. Definitely recommend staying here.

This is a lovely property, the condo I stayed in was perfect for one (studio size). The location is perfect, the amenities are great, the hot tub area is lovely but best it all the view from the apartment is breathtaking. I didn’t want to leave!

Convenient studio adjacent to ski lift

Functional studio apartment in resort managed block at the foot of Quicksilver ski lift. Comfortable and very convenient location and staff responsive and helpful. Apartment had 3 niggling faults which required an engineer’s visit which were prompt and effective, but should have been spotted and corrected in routine checks. The resort offered a discount which was accepted, but I would rather have had the advertised service than the bother of arranging corrective actions. Apartments are individually owned but managed by the resort, which might be the cause of the poor maintenance standards. Poor snow week too, but neither resort or owner to blame for that!

Stayed here on a skiing trip. Nice apartment and great location close to the lifts. The only niggling issue was the "al al carte" cleaning system which basically involved paying additional amounts of money to the resort for varying levels of cleaning services. We stayed there for 11 days so it was pretty poor not to be offered at least one apartment cleaning service and bed change as part of the resort fee.

Great location but....

The Village just has the best location for a combination of access to the slopes and the town. Our 3 bed apartment was good but not quite up to what we expected from the web site images and also for the cost that was high. We had a few problems with the elevator in our block and the staff were fine but reactive rather than proactive. We had a great stay overall but just slightly underwhelming

Great stay literally in the slopes.

we had a christmas week booked for the entire family. The apartment was great. had everything we needed. close to the lift, ski rentals, town centre. Apartment missed a few kitchen items (low numbers of cups, plates etc), but other than that. We had a great week.

Good hotel, bad bathroom

We stayed here for one night in early October and we couldn't fault the service or the basic principle of the resort. You even park in a designated area so you're close to the right elevator for your room which is great. The resort is a 2 minute walk from Main Street. Our room (condo) was absolutely massive and I can only imagine how great it would be to stay here in ski season. We used the laundry facilities and they worked well and with only a handful of rooms on each floor it feels far more private than a regular hotel. Why only 3 out of 5? The room felt dated, not in an alpine rustic way, but in a "needs renovating" way, for example, a picture was propped up against the wall in the closet, the heating system was hard to work and... the bathroom. Oh dear. The bathroom. In a condo/room of this size, the architect appears to have forgotten the bathroom and squeezed it in at the last minute. The tub is just like you'd get at a Super 8 and the bathroom as a whole is just not up to the standard you expect in a hotel with such sizeable rooms, great location and excellent staff. It really lets the place down, which is a shame. I would stay here again, but if the managers are reading this, please get the bathrooms sorted out!

Great for skiing holiday

Breckenridge Skiing

The Village at Breckenridge is ideally sited close to the Peak 9 base lift and minutes walk from Main Street with all the bars and restaurants. We had a studio apartment which was way bigger than anything you get in Europe and we could see the lift from the window. Full size kitchen to self cater if you want. The hotel has full leisure club with hot tubs etc. The staff were very helpful and the concierge is a great source of information. The bell staff will run you short distances within the town as well (don't forget to tip). One of my best ski accommodation experiences.

Great for skiing!

The hotel is very convenient to the slopes. Our room was very nice, but not spotless! The carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed and there was dust on the bar stools. The kitchen was very clean. We would stay there again since the price was right for the area and the location is close to Main Street and the slopes.

The hotel room was excellent with kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher as well as comfortable bed and sitting accommodation, only thing wrong was TV remote did not work and they could not fix it until after we departed.

Nice stay

We had a good stay at the Village. The location is amazing! Steps from the slopes and Maint Street. You can’t beat that! However, we did not have hot water one evening and the hot tubs were also not heating, apparently because of a leak that had to be repaired. And the noise insulation between units could be better. But all in all, we would definitely stay there again.

We love your property and we have been your customer several years. We have also recommended the property to our family members, who are season visitors in thexarea. However, this past Dec 31st, an extraneous circumstance was not fairly managed.We were waiting to board our flight, when a medical situation changed our plans. Instead of boarding, we rushed to seek medical attention and shortly after canceled all plans (plus recovered our luggage). I have a letter from the airline confirming the inability to board for medical reasons, plus a letter from the doctor as well. Efforts to recover or obtain credit for any portion of our stay have been rejected. I believe this was unfair. We could not travel because my son was deemed unable to board. Totally out of our control. I would appreciate re-consideration. Partial credit would suffice. Anything less I consider unreasonable.

You are paying for location (and even more if you want to park your car at the hotel) Walking to the slopes, dinner, and shopping- amazing!!! (We enjoyed the hot tub too.) BUT the room…. toilet clogged, worn carpet, had to move furniture daily to access the fold out, missing smoke detectors, lacked common kitchen utensils (pizza pan, cookie tray) oh and the FIRE ALARM went off 3 seperate times- due to a person taking a steamy shower(that’s what the front desk said).

The property was super close ski and ski out was fantastic. The amenities were really great for the kids. Parking was a bit of a bear and I would suggest making arrangements prior to arriving. In addition, the pullout couch mattress really needed to be changed. it was smashed, but other than that it was absolutely fantastic

The Village is clean and the layout was made for the customer. There was a floor full of amenities Ike an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, pool table, video games etc... The front desk staff were very accommodating and told us about our options as far as things to do in Breckenridge and food choices.
