Fantastic Stay

We had four fantastic nights at the Bordoy port Alcudia suites. The staff are very friendly and accommodating in particular Camilla on the front desk, she was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and modern and in a perfect location, only a stones throw away from the beach and an array of bars and restaurants. We would defiantly recommend this hotel.

A very modern and clean hotel. Room was very spacious. Very clean and spotless. Easy access to grocery , shopping and dining. Close to beach. Close to bus stop. Classy luxury living in Alcúdia

Beautiful property and location in Alcúdia. Can get a little noisy during the day given, its proximity to the town center, but inside your room with the door close and the air conditioning on it was a retreat! And I wasn’t planning to spend five star money for a solo trip, but it was totally worth it. My huge one bedroom suite with a rooftop Jacuzzi overlooking the Port of Alcúdia (Mediterranean Sea) was a highlight of my European tour! The staff was amazing, food and drink abundant, and pool and spa offerings were indulgent treats. Perfect couples — or solo! — getaway destination and home base for exploring the island. Get the rooftop suite and a rental car!

Great stay

The hotel is really modern and comfortable, very well maintained and super clean. The breakfast was really nice - a good buffet and a menu of cooked to order food. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Street parking is really tight in this area (its quite tough to find parking spots on the island generally) so I'd recommend booking the hotel's parking space.

Lovely quality boutique hotel - right in the heart of the Port area with bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the doorstep as well as the beach. Loved the atmosphere and staff, will definitely be back if we can!

4 Star at best, certainly not 5. Beds pretty basic and bit lumpy. Totally understaffed. Only one person on front desk the whole day and night, doing everything, including spa bookings and towels. Disorganised no milk or toaster in buffet, Steam room broken for whole trip etc. Pretty basic

Everything about the hotel was fabulous, from the staff to the rooms to the spa to the excellent breakfast options. We went early in the season, so it was quieter than it would be during peak summer but that was perfect for my friend and I as we were looking for a relaxing break. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are many good restaurant options within a very short walking distance, especially in the direction of the marina. The hotel is on a side road that gets a fair bit of traffic but that's only really apparent when you're by the pool. This didn't bother us, but it might be a deal-breaker for some guests.
