One of best hotels I have stayed.very friendly and helpful reception.The rooms are modern and have everything you need including a washer and dryer and full modern kitchen.Lovely walllto wall windows with great views Lots of nice touches tea coffees washing machine and dishwasher pods.Great .Refreshments and snacks at reception.Great pool with sun all afternoon.Fully equipped gym.I think it would be difficult to find a better hotel in Denver.The hotel is very near to Union Station with Wholefoods across the road The area felt very safe with lots of restaurants nearby

Great apartment, with kitchen and laundry facilities. Gym is good. Whole Foods across the road. A little noisy from the trains, helpful to bring ear plugs and an eye mask.

BEWARE! DIRTY AND UNSAFE!

The $50 parking fee was not listed up front. I had to call the property management for other parking options which were several blocks away, making this property unsafe for ladies as walking in downtown Denver at night is not ok. In addition, the pillowcases and towels were dirty. The space, although modern, new construction, was a nightmare. We are getting a refund.

Mint House is worth it!

Honesty I was only there for one night as my business trip was short. However, if I ever go to Denver again I will 100% buy a room from Mint House. Beautiful view with a fantastic room. Very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Great stay at Mint House! Ideal for my family of 5. I was hesitant about the communication but everything was clearly explained before our arrival (location, parking, door codes and access to the building). I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived on dec 31st (pm) when I messaged the customer service app to ask a question about parking and was promptly responded! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was GREAT! Even free cold brew and kombucha along with an entire espresso/latte machine. Would stay here again without hesitation! Highly suggested...great location right next to the Union train station. Beautifil views of the mountains and trains going in and out. loved it here

Unsanitary room

Had to change rooms. Ist room smelled like dog urine and rotten trash. Moved to 2nd room, at first glance it didnt smell and looked OK. Took a pillow off bed and it had blood all over the pillow case and blood on carpet, have pictures, will post. Vents in both rooms filthy. Refridgerator doors didnt close properly and both filter lights flashing to change filters. Kitchen sink handle in 1st room fell off. Carpets filthy in 2nd room, had to put towels on floors to walk around. Washed all the towels before use because they looked stained and dingy. Have pictures of all concerns, will post. Stains in hallway carpets. In description of building, need to clarify to go to Jasper property because you can not see MINT house anywhere. Parking was great. Customer service was great because she guided us in and real nice and fast at moving rooms. Location great. Two people at front desk were great. Would have checked out if not able to wash towels. Wife still freeked out about blood on pillow and floor.

Nice with few details to be improv.

I been to many hotels and long stay facilities and this one could have be one of the better ones if the property was taking care of few small details. We stayed for the week of Thanksgiving. To start with- the floors were not clean enough and I had to call to get cleaning service to come vacuum as soon as we got there. The kitchen has minimal cooking utensils. We had only one tea spoon and not soup spoon. Again I had to ask for it and got 3. The small( mini) dishwasher bottle had few drop of liquid. No wash rug to clean tabletop or counter. They asked to put the check out sigh on the door- no sigh found. As I said- someone should take care of the details and you could have a great vacation rental. I did stay in the Mint House in Dallas and it was super nice!!
