Very well laid-out, spacious apartment, in great condition, with all mod cons. Excellent proactive comms from hotel team. Stayed one night in winter but would happily come back, for longer. Thoroughly recommended.

Disappointing check in. Nobody there at the check in desk so had to search for a member of staff. I then found an older lady with glasses ( sorry don’t know her name) who was quite rude and ignorant. A warm welcome and friendly smile goes a long way! Room was good. Cleanliness was good

Spacious with a nice view

We were very pleased with our apartment it was very clean and comfortable with views of Gavle Bay . It had everything we needed. It has plenty of parking. There is an ICA supermarket not far away. The hairdryer was missing, so we reported it. Within 5 minutes the very pleasant janitor brought us a brand new one. We would recommend staying here

Mycket hårda sängar. Väldigt lyhört från andra gäster. 28 grader varmt i rummet som inte gick att få ner. Var tvungen att ha både fönster o balkongdörr öppen. Ringde flera ggr till journummer men ingen svarade o ingen återkoppling.

Toppenboende men störningar pga andra gäster

Jättebra boende, men vi fick ringa störningsjouren då grannar fann det lämpligt att ha fest med hög musik (karaoke) i lägenheten mittemot. Gjorde att vi är tveksamma till att komma tillbaka tyvärr.

Vacker omgivning, rent och fräscht boende

Vacker omgivning, bra boende. Rent och fräscht. Härligt med både pool och strand. Otroligt vacker byggnad med hög trivselfaktor. Frukosten var jag inte jätte imponerad av. Kunde varit lite mer uppdaterad och i klass med resten av stället. Man tror att man ska få en riktig wow frukost när man bor på ett så magiskt ställe :) Återkommer gärna och rekommenderas varmt!
