Excellent place!

Checking in the photos of passports on the website was a bit of a pain. But so good after that. Location was excellent, entry by codes seem less, nice touches like a travel coffee cup, nice cushions and comfy surroundings. More like a hote suite than a hotel room.

Really good position, not noisy at night but plenty of places to eat/drink around. Small convenience store nearby. Good clear instructions on key codes etc. Close to an underground station, tram runs down ros outside. Facilities good, clean and warm.

Fabulous apartments in the most perfect location.

What a great find! This is our 4th visit to Berlin in the last couple of years, but definitely the best place we've stayed. The location is absolutely perfect, the apartment is very close to Alexanderplatz, the Hackischer Markt (with the beer kellers and restaurants), 2 major underground lines and the tram network. The apartments are very new and clean, and have been created to a high specification. Very well laid out, comfortable furniture and very clean. The morning croissant and fresh coffee was a welcome added bonus too. Staff were friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. Our apartment was on the top floor and we enjoyed a view of the Fernseherturm (TV tower) from our little balcony. I would highly recommend these apartments, we'll definitely be back!

Also, a great location - we were able to walk everywhere. we arrived after reception was closed and the code for the key safe wasn't included in our instructions for out-of-hours entry. However, a quick call to the emergency number soon resolved the problem.

Amazing stay

Fantastic stay, local area is great. Our apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had all we expected. Very friendly staff. Only a minor issue: water-pressure was really low at the third floor and it was difficult to take shower most of the time.

An excellent choice in Mitte. My superior apartment was spacious, well equipped and within easy walking distance of Alexanderplatz and Hackesche Hofe. There were plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Although it didn’t offer a full breakfast, coffee and croissants on the terrace was a good compromise. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing apartment! Highly recommended

Best apartment I've stayed in. The place was modern and very clearly. Rooms were warm even with the radiators turned low so good for winter. 8min walk to Alexanderplatz where there is a Xmas market, 2 shopping malls and train station that goes direct to the airport. Kitchen well equipped, just missing a washing machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful and had good communication via Email. Would stay again!

Excellent location, clean, comfortable apartment

Very good location - just one underground stop to Alexander Platz, and a short walk to the fashionable shopping area of Hackische Hoefe. The kitchen facilities were excellent, including full size oven, microwave and dishwasher. Appartment was clean and well-equipped, and the owners were helpful. We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend the accommodation.

Good location, very near 2 underground stops. Very near shops, restaurants. Very well equipped apartment, ideal for a few days break. Croissants and coffee in the morning very welcome. No noise from other rooms. Room very warm, fan provided but too noisy to keep on all night.

Great location and comfortable apartement

We enjoyed our stay very much, from a friendly greeting upon arrival to helpful and friendly support on the day of departure. The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable with nice views on the Alexanderplatz. It was super to get a coffee (or tea) and a fresh croissant each morning. The area is great, walking distance to Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden, Hackesche Hoefe... The immediate surroundings are super too, nice restaurants and little shops. Will definitely come to stay again when next time in Berlin.
