We stayed for 3 nights and really recommend staying here. The apartments are very clean, spacious and well organised with a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher and we booked a small balcony which was lovely! The area is less than 5 mins walk to Promenade Anglais and perfect for an easy spot for beach, bars, bakeries and food shopping. Honestly, couldn’t recommend this place enough - visit the sky terrace for your own amazing views of Nice! Already planning to come back 😊😊

Located very close to promenade and tram also. Good rooftop area with sea view. Nice to have kitchen area and supermarket is close. Unfortunately during our stay we had bad experience with lack of hot water and couldn’t get a hot shower on any day of the stay. Staff tried to help us but the switch in the room cupboard kept flicking off all the time. Door closer on the room also seemed faulty/stiff and the door wouldn’t close without pushing it hard or waiting along time for it to shut.

I have stayed here quite a few times. The rooms are large enough, clean, the location is good. For a 3 star hotel in Nice, it is good value for money. I like having the kitchen-corner, Lidl is just around the corner, and I like best the rooms overlooking the back of the hotel, they are much quieter. I had breakfast on my first morning there. It was a huge disappointment. Breakfast is served from 7-10 and I went in at 9am. The policy is obiously not to replace once something has run out. Everything was prepackaged, the only bread available was nasty sliced white bread, there was no fresh fruit left. At 16euros per person, I would have expected much better. But it was my choice. On the following days I bought from Lidl and ate and drank what I wanted.

The room was a great little 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor. It had a balcony that gave amazing views of the mountains on one side and the promenade on the other. The staff were polite and helpful, greeting us eachtime we walked past the front desk.

Good location but staff needs some work!

We stayed here for 4 nights in August. The studio apartment was basic but met our needs - it was great to have something a bit bigger than a normal standard hotel room. It was very hot so we didn't use the balcony or sun terrace but both looked like great places to chill. The hotel is close to supermarkets, the beach, bus stops and L2 tram line. We were on the road side which was quite noisy in the morning from traffic. We arrived late and we realized when we got to our room that they had given us a double bed rather than 2 singles. The staff member at reception wasn't able to help as he was only a night member of staff which wasn't great. It meant we had to get the situation in the morning but it was sorted quickly. The staff weren't very friendly - they barely acknowledged us when entering or leaving. We also had a fire alarm go off early morning (burnt toast) - once we made our way downstairs, there were no staff around to direct us to a muster spot which let a lot of confused guests in the reception. If this has been a real threart, we wouldn't have known what to do or where to go which was unacceptable. Other than this, it's in a great location and the rooms are decent size.

a good value place to stay

The property from the outside doesn't look anything special being on a main road but the rooms were as described in the blurb and were very clean tidy and well kept. We had a room facing away from the road and the balcony and views were great. I wonder if having a balcony overlooking the road may not have been as nice. The terrace on the top floor was quiet and a sun trap. Location is brilliant both for the tram (200m) and the beach 250m . We would definitely go back

Great stay in Nice!

We had a great stay here. We wanted a bit of independence so having a wee kitchen with a fridge etc was great to have. It was also nice to have a balcony to sit out on and have a glass of wine. It was a clean and quiet room. There was a 24 hr reception which was good as our flight was very late. They also brought us to the airport at the end of the stay. (40 euros extra)

A comfortable stay in Nice

We had a very comfortable stay at the Residhome Nice Promenade. It is conveniently situated, very clean and with amenities such as a kitchen and balcony that was very welcome. I would stay here again.
