Too hot

This can be a little difficult to find, but we'll worth the effort. The apartment had everything we needed and the small kitchenette was great with a good size fridge, microwave and hob. The location was excellent no more than a 10 minute walk from petite France and the cathedral. Plenty of underground parking spaces available as parking in Strasbourg is stressful. My only issue was that there was no air conditioning and as the night time temperature didn't drop below 26°c we were greatful for the large fan that was provided.

Great central location. Everything in walking distance. Super friendly helpful staff. Spacious room with little kitchenette. Clean and comfortable. On site underground parking. Just press the buzzer to be let it. Be warned though, spaces are very tight if you have a larger than average car. Good value for money. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Perfect location to see the city

Strasbourg is beautiful, the hotel staff were very helpful, parking on site was available, perfect location. We drove there and the only thing was getting access to the hotel you needed a code for a street bollard which would have been helpful provided in advance. Lovely hotel for the budget.

Very centrally located. The rooms were quiet and nice. Had to exchange one pillow because it looked really dirty. Communication with Front Desk was very good. Parking is only EUR 15 per day which is a great deal. We also liked the little coffee corner near reception.

Short break for Wife and I

The Apartment block is in a great location for shops, restaurants, trams and more. We had the 2 bed apartment and it is so spacious containing everything you need. One down side of this room is that the Wifi would not work and despite repeated efforts by staff and their Service maintainer, it did not work the whole of our stay (4 nights). Just as an FYI, the Wifi worked in the reception area, so we know it was not our devices. On a personal level, I was a little disappointed as I had planned to do some work whilst there and had to bear the inconvenience of taking laptop to reception every time I needed to connect.

Great location for old town

Very central for old town and had underground car park reasonably priced. Small kitchen area with all necessities. Be aware that there is no air-con, even though website says thete is so rooms very hot in summer (although a fan was provided). I would definitely recommend this property.

Central location and good value for money.

Great location - close to the main square and a central tram interchange. Also only 6 or 7 mins walk to two supermarkets and the cathedral. The basic kitchen facilities were fine for a few days. The beds were OK (if a bit on the firm side for my liking). Having stayed the previous few days at a Citadines in Paris, we felt that this particular property was slightly inferior in terms of facilities. There is no air conditioning in the rooms which got quite hot at night (we stayed in August). We left the windows open but this meant that we were disturbed during the night with noise from the street below and also early in the morning ( bin collections etc.). Although a fan was provided, this did not really cool the room down. Also, small details like there being no shower gel provided, no hooks on the bathroom door, no wash hand basin or extractor in the separate toilet etc. However, overall I would still consider staying here again due to the central location and value for money.

Very helpful staff assisting with my delayed suitcase. The premises is being renovated which is good, and the standard is quite high, but it remains quite a noisy building due to the solid floors and corridors. It gets v hot when the temperature is high outside.

Good location but the room floors were dirty upon arrival and despite asking for them to be cleaned nothing was done. So poor service. There are likely cleaner cheaper alternatives near the the centre ville of Strasbourg when I go in future.
