Very comfortable room, great bed with quality cotton bedding. Kitchette was good, small dishwasher too. Bathroom clean, powerful hot shower, loads of towels. Soundproofed, and a 2 minute walk to train station to get to the city or the airport. Great stay.

Great location and a great overall experience

Pros: location 3 minutes from the Green Square train station with great access to airport (2 stops domestic and 3 stops international) and CBD (4 stops to Circular Quay for Sydney Opera house, etc.). Friendly and helpful staff, thank you Alexander for your help at check in! Comfortable bed. We stayed in a suite so just about enough room for 2 suitcases, etc. Would struggle in a smaller room if travelling with a lot of luggage like we were. Good shower and toiletries. The room was quiet, facing the hotel so no view but it was not an issue. Small kitchen in the room with hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Safe in the room. Iron and ironing board. Cons: not many, but the kitchen area was a little bit in need of deeper cleaning. Not many restaurants around the hotel but as I mentioned it’s very easy to get into the city centre. There are a few options including a supermarket and fast food but we didn’t fancy it.

Great budget hotel, a short train ride from centre

Good location, very close to airport. Lovely reception staff, really helpful. I was surprised that room were not actually cleaned for 5 days. New towels are delivered daily but nothing else.

Excellent hotel. Immaculate kitchenettes and bathrooms with fantastic shower. Big comfortable bed, seating area and black out curtains. Good air con I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was lovely and quiet through the night. Hotel very close to train station and 1 stop to Central station. Friendly staff. Cannot fault. Amazing “Veriu Green Square” hotel.

This brand new place was amazing, it offers so much for visiting Sydney as it sits on the metro line between the airport and the harbour, it cannot fail to impress. The staff could not do enough, the reception is quirky in a good way, the restaurant served top quality food, the rooms were fab and the huge bed was to die for. Would go back again definitely.

Property was lovely and clean. It was just a short 3-4 minute walk to the green square train station which means getting to and from the airport is so easy! The only gripes that I have is the café downstairs was mediocre and to do the clothes washing, you had to go down to the ground floor and then walk up a flight of stairs to access the laundry.

Veriu Stay

The property is very nice and modern. I loved the setup of the room. All the furnishings seemed new. The hotel is also very conveniently located next to the Green Square train station which made it easier for me to visit Sydney landmarks leaving my car in the hotel parking which was a great benefit. The hotel gym was great for a quick morning workout. The hotel staff were also considerate enough to let me leave my car in the parking for a few extra hours after checkout for no extra cost.
