Sonder at Mill is a great place to stay. Only negative experience I had was that the bed sheets had to be replaced due to stains, and it was not made right until the third replacement. However, it was easy to contact Sonder staff about this issue. In the future however, stains on the bed sheets are definitely something that should be thoroughly checked before it is delivered to the customer, especially when the same mistake is made three times in a row after having raised it as an issue.

Lots of restaurants were walkable., enjoyed the beach front park. So convenient having Whole Foods right there. Condo was clean and comfortable. Felt safe in the area. Did not like that there were no curtains on the windows, was not comfortable with just the black blinds. Did not like the sparse supplies, it was more like a hotel room. Would be nice to have basic supplies like salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Also did not like that that there was no basic cable, had to use our own streaming service off my phone to watch any TV.

Stayed in a 3 BD 2ba apartment and it was stunning!. Very spacious, tons of windows, a balcony and beautiful finishes. There were numerous areas within the building to hang out that were super cool with a pool table, air hockey, ping pong and more! Highly recommend!

The property was great! My only complaints would be the pull out couch was very uncomfortable and I did not like the fact I had to chromcast for the tv. Other than those two things, great stay!

My only issue was the tv and having to download an app that charges you after a free 3 day trial. The directions need to be clear and that was all. The place was GREAT!!! I will be staying again when I come back. Thanks!

Santa's new Home away from Home. Each December I spend a week visiting Senior Living communities in the greater Phoenix area. This year I discovered Sonder at Mill Ave. Very nice, spacious accommodation for the price. Comfortable and quiet enough to stay in, or if you want to go out it's literally steps away from Centerpoint on Mill with restaurants, bars and even a movie theater. I'll definitely be back!

I liked that this property was very walkable. Its connected to a whole foods!! I loved all of the amenities that were offered too. I would definitely stay at this property again. Only note is that the hallway on my floor was really trashy and it didnt smell clean.
