Overall the stay was pleasant.the only draw back was the inability to reduce the air conditiong in the room, which was set at an incredible 27.0C. Had to leave the window open!

When we realised we won't be in before 7, I tried to call the number on the Expedia confirmation email. This wasnt the hotel but switchboard gave me the number for hotel. It took me 5 tries and waiting in the phone for over 30 mins to get hold of someone. The information on Expedia, their website and the waiting music information for opening times ate all different. If I had a choice I wouldnt have stayed, it was revolting but I didnt want to alarm my family. I washed everything but next day all of us had diarrhoea.

Quick check in, lovely Reception staff, very clean foyer. Well equipped apartment, ok size but no air conditioning. The room was over 29 degrees each night. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable too. My son enjoyed the pool which was never overly busy. The hotel is in a great location for shopping and restaurants. There is also a grocery shop around the corner. I would stay again but maybe not in Summer because of the heat.

No aircon. Spent a very hot and uncomfortable night at this hotel. It is a modern building, so why not put in some aircon. We had windows open but could not sleep due to street noise

Clean & comfortable but beware if you arrive late.

The fact that I couldn’t get in on my first night wasn’t great especially after a long journey! If you plan accommodation you really hope to be able to get in. It wasn’t very late (before 9pm) but the phone number for late arrivals wasn’t answered and timings for the reception being closed were different. However, the room was clean and comfortable when I did manage to gain access the following day. It would be helpful if there was a better system if you arrive in the evening.

Short stay on journey home

Apartment very smart and modern but no hand towels or wine glasses. However, we had to remove our rubbish and take it to bins across the road and it also said to leave the CLEANED flat which I took to mean we had to clean it! Clean, neat and tidy I understand but actually cleaning! Maybe just a language problem!

We stay at Nemea - Appart-Hotel Nancy Grand Coeur one night on our way from the UK to Italy. The hotel is brand new. The room was very clean and comfortable if a tad small for a family of four. The location is excellent, walking distance to the city centre and the beautiful Place Stanislas.
