Wonderful experience, Very helpful staff. I stayed with my family for 5 nights after booking through Experian. I had filled in accommodation for 3 and after booking this accommodation the staff contacted me saying that the accommodation was only suitable to two. They were willing to provide an extra bed for extra cost. Pick up and drop to station was included. Clean place, staff briefed us about the place and things to do. We were provided with some supplies to when we reached which was great.

Incredible view of the Matterhorn and Zermatt Village. Good amenities, lots of room, open and bright, good beds and bedding. Great balcony! There is some loud construction going on but it didn’t start too early. Plus they didn’t work on the weekend and no noise in the evenings. Absolutely no complaints! Loved the stay.

Beautiful chalet, but disappointing stay.

Disappointed that the advertised amenities were not available. Catered breakfast, daily housekeeping, evening “wine and canapés” were not provided as advertised. I would not have booked this stay had I known.

We had a good time at this property. I think it was a little confusing that we were actually located in a condo separate from any main hotel building (studio Venus) and there wasn’t too much around us. But it was very walkable and there was enough support from the hotel staff to get what we needed if the room didn’t have it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay.

Great stay

We stayed in another CHALET ZORA in 2017 so we decided to stay in a bigger CHALET ZERMATT LODGE this time. The chalet looks better in person than in photos. We arrived in two groups. They helpful us to arrange the transfer in two separate groups. We enjoyed the place. It has elevator so no problem with big suitcases. The WIFI is a little slow but it didn't bother us. The only problem is that check out is at 10 am which is very very early. Our host was kind enough to let us check out at 10:30. Last time we could check out around 11:30 am. It would be nice to check out at noon.
