This will be my "goto" place in Madrid. Location is exceptional and the apartment was generously sized. €9 for breakfast was a value.

Location, Location, Location... Amazing property in the heart of the city. Very close to the train and walking distance to all major attractions. The rooms are big, the beds are very comfortable and very clean. Our room had bedrooms with 2 king beds. A special thanks to Laura at the front desk with answered all question with always a pleasant smile. If you are traveling with a family look at this property other than a hotel. Highly Recommended.

Good location, spacious

Excellent location - some traffic noise, like any major road in Madrid but can close shutters to cut a lot out. Very close to Retiro, Cibeles, Salamanca, Prado etc. Nice and spacious, helpful kitchen. Not sure what I missed where the photo was though!

A perfect base for sightseeing in Madrid

Free upgrade on arrival. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern suite. Right in the centre of the city. We would definitely consider returning.

Excellent hotel in centre of Madrid

Really excellent location in centre of Madrid with virtually everything within walking distance. Very clean comfortable room and very helpful staff on desk. Great breakfast on offer. Cannot recommend more highly.

A hotel close to the tourist attractions

Close to tourist attractions and the football stadium which can be reached by bus or taxi easily. Breakfast was very enjoyable too, plenty of choice and really nice cooked breakfast too. Staff very helpful and if you want to experience a football stadium tour they sell tickets at reception which helps avoid queuing at ticket office. We had a big appartment and two bedrooms and three televisions - it felt like home. Very nice coffee shops and tapas bar close by too. We will go back.

Great Location, Great Accomodation

Arrived March 2015 for a four night stay. Got there about 11.00am and too early for check in. The staff were very helpful in sorting out our luggage and said room would be ready on our return. We were given an upgrade to a senior suite 502. The accodation was an apartment with lounge area, fully fitted kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. It was huge and immaculate. It looked over a busy Main Street but with double glazed windows noise is not an issue. It made an excellent base. it is central for the Prado which is about ten minutes walk away. The first couple of days we used the dining room upstairs for breakfasts. We could not fault the food which was very good. Fresh coffee came from a machine. The staff like everyone there was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Madrid despite the March rain. It is a city which offers a lot. We will certainly come back and Luxury Suites will be at the top for a place to stay

Superb hotel apartments very friendly and helpful

Fab hotel apartments lots to do in Madrid worth hiring a guide at the prado bravo bikes are a fab way to view the city and guide Sebastian and casper really look after you giving good restaurant info too bullfight worth a viewing even if you think it might not be your thing

Beautiful hotel

Great staff and excellent customer service. High standard of cleanliness and great facilities. Loved the bed very comfortable. Great roof terrace and loved the free slippers as well as free toiletries. Great location, close to lots of bars, restaurants and historical sites. I highly recommend Luxury Suites as the place to stay.

Luxury suites in a great central location

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and very well equipped. I would definitely return to these suites and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Easiest and cheapest way to and from the airport is by the airport shuttle bus which stops within a few minutes walk from the suites. Shuttle runs 24 hrs per day, and they are roughly every 20 minutes. The cost is just 5 Euros. I went at the end of April and the weather was fantastic. I would avoid July and August as the temperature would be unbearable. Madrid was beautiful, so much to see and do.

These apartments are excellent. Located centrally you are within walking distance of all the popular sites and venues. Bus / Metro connection to the airport is also first class
