Ok hotel location was good Breakfast was repetitive David on reception was the best Toilet got blocked and flooded Hotel room was looking tired now Will not stay there again Still have to wear masks in the hotel but no where else in Vancouver 🤔🤔🤔

Everything you could need, full kitchen, laundry, air con in the bedroom. Tv in living room and bedroom. Ok, it was a little dated looking, but very clean. Lovely staff, excellent location to the bohemian area of Davie Street.

Last days in Vancouver

Last few days in Vancouver decided to come away from high end hotel to self cater. Friendly welcome. Knowledgable staff. Apartment is spacious, separate bedroom, living area with desk, dining area, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Lots of storage space, with everything you’d need. Decor is a bit old fashioned but clean and well presented. Lots of usb and power sockets. Balcony with nice chairs and table, Breakfast to eat in room included was a bonus. About three blocks to beaches and sea wall walk. But be aware an uphill walk back! Loan of umbrellas when it rained and beach towels if you need them. Laundry room facilities at reasonable cost. Daily cleaning if wanted but need to request due to Covid. We found it wasn’t necessary, you could get anything extra you wanted at any time. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants a block away. Would recommend. Lifts

Good value

Good studio on 9th floor with great views. Good parking. Good complimentary breakfast. Easy to get to Granville Island. Close to lots of eateries but we found that area rough.

Great welcome on arrival by Dave which was appreciated as we were soaking wet and tired after walking from the train station. Our suite was very comfortable with a seperate sittting room and kitchen and a view of the river from one of the windows. The breakfast on offer wasn't varied at all and that is the only real criticism as after a few days it gets a bit tedious seeing the same selection. Location was great as it was in walking distance of local shops/bars and not far from a Canada Line Station and Granville Island. Woudl definitley recommend staying here.

The suite was spacious and very comfortable and well equipped. It was very quiet being in a residential area yet is only 2 minutes walk from Davie Street that has lots of cafes and restaurants and 2 small supermarkets and a super liquor store. The front desk staff are really helpful and welcoming, in particular Arabella. It's possible to walk pretty much anywhere and 5 minutes walk away is the False Creek ferry for trip across to Granville Island or Kitsilano.

This was a good sized apartment with good facilities and friendly staff. The complimentary continental breakfast was appreciated. The location is reasonably good, it is walkable to most tourist areas and there are a selection of shops and restaurants fairly close by

Perfect for Davie Village

Just a one night stopover, but well placed. Continental breakfast included, eaten in room in kitchen area. Free secure parking was great and a friendly check-in.

Perfect Location

A good location for getting about town, either on foot or by bus. It offers good value. The rooms are well equipped for self catering and spacious having a large bedroom, Livingroom and kitchen. The only minor issue is collecting your breakfast in the lobby and taking it back to your room. By the second day it was not a problem.

Best hotel that we've stayed in

The location was ideal: on a quiet suburban street, walking distance from the waterfront and Vacouver's excellent transport system. The suite was really an apartment, nearly as big as our flat at home. It was very comfortable, clean and well appointed: the perfect base from which to explore Vancouver and then relax in the evening after a busy day of sightseeing. We appreciated the free continental breakfast, wifi and unlimited coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If ever we are back in Vancouver we will definitely choose Sunset Inn again.

Great staff and service

We stayed here one night at the end of our holiday. The staff were fantastic (especially Asian origin lady on reception) - we were able to check in four hours ahead of schedule and store our luggage there all day the following day. Room was good comfortable and spacious with good kitchen. Overall very good stay.
